Experiencia fantástica: Been here almost a year and I love it! Pam and jessa are great and maintenance takes action in seconds when I put a request in. Very safe for the location and my unit was freshly done before my move in. All around great experience and friendly staff! Glad I found them.

Experiencia negativa: I was a resident at ramble woods for 3 years, I just recently moved out in February due to a roach infestation that the land lord Doug did not take serious which resulted me to move out instead of simply handling the issue for the safety of his tenants he took me to court and is trying to add unnecessary fees since I moved. Very unprofessional complex, super dirty Edit: since you would like to lie STILL, I have attached screenshots of me letting you know the condition of your apartment and I did not pay rent because y’all would not exterminate the roaches…I asked to break my lease and y’all wouldn’t break it and I wasn’t paying y’all to live in roaches have a good one

Experiencia fantástica: I've been living here for 5 or 6 years now. And my experience has been a good one. Doug, the owner, has been good also. He's friendly, easy to get along with, and willing to work with you when needed. As far as the area, it's not the best. But somehow, we (tenants) remain unaffected. I would like to see some upgrades to the apartments. The maintenance people are A-1. Moving here was a good idea. Honestly....

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been living at Ramblewood apts for 3-4 years now. Started off in an 1 bedroom apartment. Liked it so much that I transferred to an 2 bedroom. And I must say the experience has been great. Friendly neighbors. Maintenance work are done expeditiously upon request and the management team is wonderful with handling any and all issues/questions/concerns. I recommend this apartment to anyone that’s wants a safe and quiet environment. I’m happy to call my apartment “home”

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve stayed at Ramblewood Apartments now for about 6 months and I have really liked it here. I have lived in a lot of apartments and these are probably the best. The apartment is clean, the repair guy is quik, and the heat is free! The parking lot is gated, and the security lights are bright. I feel safe.

Experiencia negativa: The apartments are set up nice and the receptionist was polite But i dont like that my car was broken into and they have security also the rental rate is quite high for that particular neighborhood
