Halina Strzepek Realtor at LPT Realty

Experiencia positiva: she didnt want my agent to see the house for couple of days and the day we were seeing the house, she said there were offers on the house, we liked the house and rushed to submit our offer before deadline ( %40 down) and we were told, they received the offer after attorney review, very unprofessional! how do you finish attorney review before that announced deadline? by the way she did admit our offer was the highest and best and i see after 3 months they finally closed the deal for the record 32000$ lower than my offer, i would never want an agent like her to represent my home for sale, if she were the double agent she would be getting 1 star but that is not the case i will be generous with the ratings...

Experiencia fantástica: I contracted with Halina in the summer of 2019 with the purpose of selling my 2-family house. After inspecting the house and property Halina told me that she'd have no problem in finding a buyer and wouldn't be surprised if we received an offer within 2 weeks...which we did. Unfortunately that offer fell through but there was another one right behind it. Halina worked diligently to close the deal and my house was sold and all the paperwork done in just a couple of weeks later. I would highly recommend Halina to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. In fact, when I am ready to sell my current residence, I will not hesitate to contact her again...she is easy to work with, personable, diligent, knowledgeable and thorough.
