Experiencia negativa: We were attempting to purchase a property in Texas and Zillow gave us the name of Kay Renfro with sales team realtors. We gave her a specific property we were looking at. She said she would contact us Before the evening, she did not contact us, my husband contacted her the next day and left her a message and no return call. I called the day after that and said, “ When you promise to do something you need to do it or it looks very bad for your company. She promised she would do better in the future, and she did not. We finally used a realtor Robin Brumley, who followed up every single time went above and beyond and found us a house within two days. Kay Did nothing for us other than find an excellent inspector that showed us that the house we were looking at was falling down. Walking into the house, you could tell it was falling down, but Kay did not relay that information until we had an accepted offer on the property. As my current realtor in Oregon commented. , “ She was either blind or deceptive”. Why would I use somebody that was either blind or deceptive to buy a house.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience as a tenant working with a property manager. Communication was often difficult, timelines were not consistently met, and there seemed to be a lack of proactive planning. I would encourage others to carefully consider their options when selecting a property management company.

Experiencia negativa: Would recommend using any but Joel was good in the beginning then tells my fiance if she needs a lawyer he got one without knowing our situation and behind my back. Then will be almost impossible to get a hold of after he sells house, But you do get 4 paper plates, cups and snacks from the office for a gift and a half decent grass cutting.

Experiencia negativa: I would give them 0 stars. They took $2200 of our deposit when we left to fix 3 years worth of slight wear...it should have Maybe been $200 for a deeper cleaning even tho it was clean.....do not lease from them!

Mike was able to quickly respond to any issue that might get in the way and Jan was also very helpful. We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing real estate services!

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent from these people. If you want realtors that have your best interest at heart- go to someone else. They will take your deposit. Have to take them to court for using touch up paint that was provided by them, so it was a set up to not get back a $3,000 deposit. Thank goodness I took videos and pictures on move in, inspection and move out. That’s the only thing that’ll save me because they didn’t even try to work with me or even meet with the painter when they said the deposit amount was already exceeded to return the deposit. Decide to everything if you deal with these people or just avoid the headache!

We have been through this process before; more than half a dozen times in the last decade. Normally we get set up with someone the relocation company uses but we decided to go through Mike Loftis through a referral from a friend. Mike's knowledge of the community and connections are outstanding. He even had a friend who was a roofer, check the roof after a hail storm before closing. My family is getting to be too good at moving and Mike checked things we had never thought of. He even still checks up to see how we are doing and is there if we need anything from a handyman referral to questions on the sale. With Mike you may hire a real estate agent but will end up with a great friend as well.

He arranged for movers and was there to supervise them loading a Uhaul for me. He responded to all my phone calls and emails within minutes.
