He assessed the condo and provided folks to clean and to make necessary repairs.. He did a great job staging the property. When the first offer fell through due to lenders issues, he seamlessly put out feelers and relisted the condo resulting in a quick sell. We just finished a long, two-year journey selling our condo in Wilderness, and Debbie was incredible every step of the way. Our situation was far from easy. We were dealing with a tough market and significant issues with our condo complex. When we first listed, Debbie found us a buyer quickly, but when that sale fell through due to the complex’s issues, she didn't give up. While some agents might have backed away from such a difficult listing, Debbie stayed completely engaged, communicative, and supportive for two years. She was also a great negotiator. When we finally secured a buyer, she fought hard to ensure we maximized the value of the final deal, which was crucial for us after such a long wait. The most amazing part, however, was her integrity. Because of market conditions, we had to sell well below our purchase price. Experiencia fantástica: This review is overdue, but I wanted to post about the incredibly positive experience we had working with Nelson Walley to purchase a condo at Copper Mountain in the winter of 2024/25. Marco was our primary contact, although we did have a chance to talk and work with others at the agency as well. Marco was simply fantastic from beginning to end through the whole process. He responded immediately to all emails and texts, and checked in regularly to see if we had questions or if there was anything else he could do to help.
