Experiencia negativa: These people namely Brian, Jessica & Jon are the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I have ever come across in the realty world. 8Z rented my apartment 4 years by Patti who did a wonderful job. When Patti left the Longmont, rental division went down, down, down. NEVER a return phone call, not one prospect in 2 months, Promises to come see the apartment were never fulfilled. Save your time & money and rent your apartment yourself. It's not rocket science, I really never needed these people anyway.

Experiencia negativa: I recently rented a property from this real estate company, and I have to say that it was a terrible experience. The company never responded to my emails or calls, which made it difficult to communicate with them about any issues or concerns I had. Furthermore, when it came time to return the security deposit, the company withheld an unreasonable amount of money for cleaning. I had already spent hundreds of dollars cleaning the property before moving out and left it in prestige condition. It was frustrating to see such a large deduction from the deposit, especially when they have dodged all attempts to contact them prior. I'd also like to add we had to provide a lockbox ourselves because the property manager would not return our calls and acknowledge our move out notice. Overall, I would not recommend this real estate company to anyone. They were unresponsive and unfair in their handling of the security deposit, and it was a very negative experience for me. Avoid this company if possible.

Due to the restrictions during the Covid-19 outbreak, we did not have the full experience of selling our house - no Open Houses, no walk-through, etc. To make up for this, we had the 3D tour/Dollhouse and video tour available and sold our house right away. I think this company is very attuned to modern house hunting and responded very quickly and professionally to the changes over the last few months.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow! Let me start by saying Krista is amazing. Her team is also incredible. Before using Krista, my home wasn’t selling. It had been on the market for a long time with another realtor. The prior year I had been laid-off and my savings was quickly vanishing. We were also in the process of moving to Tennessee because of my wife’s work. Which meant we would be paying mortgage and rent. I had to sell my home quickly. My wife and I made the decision to go with another realtor (this time we decided to pick someone with stellar reviews, instead of a friend). We quickly found the person with the highest reviews, which was Krista. We told her our situation and she quickly went to work. She had an awesome team of stagers that made our home look like a model home. She also recommended a great painter that did an excellent job of painting two bedrooms. Krista knew our financial situation, so she paid for everything upfront and said we’d pay her back after the sale of our house (her commission was lower than 3%, so the money she saved us was more than the cost of stagers and painters…it was like she did everything for free). She then did something even more surprising; she saved me from being late on my mortgage payment. She paid my mortgage and told me I could pay her back after the sale of the house (she knew if I were late it would make my credit score go down, which would later make it more difficult to purchase our little dream farm in Tennessee…which I’m happy to say we were able to purchase because of her). Her true act of kindness saved my family before Christmas. The first open house she did had more traffic than the previous month with the other realtor. We immediately sold our home with Krista (she even managed to sell my home for more money than I was originally asking for). I will never forget what she did for my family (me, one wife, three kids, two dogs, four fish, one turtle and two birds…she saved us all).
