Experiencia fantástica: Tyson was extremely quick to respond to our message when we contacted him. He patiently explained the entire process of buying a home. He gave us plenty of resources and recommendations as first time homebuyers. He set appointments for us to visit properties for sale on a Sunday since that was the only day we had available. He didn’t fit us into his schedule, he worked around our schedule. None of the properties he showed us were homes he was selling. He did not have answers to some of the questions we asked about the homes, but he made sure he had answers for every question before we left each property. He kindly reminded us of deadlines and negotiated until the last minute. We ended up with a better deal than we expected. Our paperwork for the financing wasn’t quite ready to close and we had already traveled to Richfield and was debating on where to stay over the weekend to close on Monday when Tyson generously offered an air bnb free of charge. His service was ecstatically over the top and beyond anything we had imagined. After closing we asked if he had a recommendation for an enclosed trailer rental besides U-Haul and he allowed us to use a 26 foot enclosed trailer to move with! He sent us to the city building to get water turned on at our house and while we were finishing up paperwork there, he walked in with a birthday surprise for his sister that he managed to pull together in the three minutes he had to himself that morning!! We are forever thankful for Tyson!
