Between mortgage underwriting, appraisal reviews, personally dealing with some minor repairs because the seller & their agent wasn't all that cooperative, going through a stressful transition with work, family business, gathering documentation, and coordinating a move at the same time, there were plenty of moments where I felt overwhelmed juggling it all and more than a little edgy. He kept us on timeline and communicated every step of the way. He gave us simple instructions to follow for the pictures. I thought we were going to have to paint, but he said we did not. He was very clear that he did not want us to spend any unnecessary time or money. He kept the most money in our pocket throughout the experience. We knew Nik was someone we could trust, and he performed. Nik didn’t want us to do an open house because they had not been fruitful in his experience. We showed the house to 4 people. Our home sold within 72 hours of listing. The first walkthrough was the person who chose to purchase at the full asking price. Once we went under contract, Nik’s assistant, April, started emailing us time-sensitive documents and organizing all the service appointments and invoices. She was always professional and swift in responding to any of our questions. Everyone on the seller’s team was informed about every aspect of the sale, from start to closing. When we told Nik we wanted the house sold by October, he met that goal. When we purchase another home, we will be working with Nik and his team again. The home sale was a pleasant and rewarding experience because of their dedication.
