Katie was/is licensed in both MD and PA so we could explore all options with her conveniently. The first conversation left me comforted that she understood our "non-negotiables", must-haves, and budget. The auto emails if new listings were consistently relevant to our needs and wants. Her communication was consistent and reliable. Second, we are a military family and knew from the get-go we'd be buying site unseen. She put our anxieties at ease with video tours and very honest feedback about the homes condition and if she thought it wasn't a good fit. Not once did she try to up-sell us, manipulate, or misrepresent anything to get us to hurry and close on something. Very honest and of great character and integrity. Third, we had a unusually complicated scenario and Katie was super organized, proactive, and on-track the whole time. She fought hard for us as a buyers agent (which included lenders, insurance companies, appraisals, and thwarting off the sellers agent who was a bit of a challenge). Overall, Katie is one of the best realtors we've experienced amd we've worked with quite a few. Polite and professional but will go to bat for you when the time comes. She's awesome. I'd recommend her to anyone moving to PA or MD, hands down. I'll be hiring her again when it's time to move.
