Amy did a great job keeping us informed during the weeks leading up to the closing, which went smoothly. When we were ready to move to Waterloo in early 2025, Amy found the perfect house for us, and we closed on it in March 2025. When we were ready to sell our primary residence in Sparta in mid-November 2025, again Amy had a buyer for us within a few days of the house going on the market. The closing was complete a few weeks before Christmas. Both houses that Amy Hank sold for us were under contract within a few days of going on the market and closed a month later.
