Experiencia fantástica: Todd Zeller was exceptional to work with. He is personable, very knowledgeable, a good listener, responsive, and open and honest. He knows the market extremely well. The first day he exposed me to half a dozen neighborhoods/areas base on my desires. We looked at 10 homes and townhomes. I did a second market visit one month later looking at and addition 12 homes and made an offer by then end of that day. The closing went very smoothly, additionally Todd was able to provide with me a number of service providers to complete work needing to be done in my new home. I whole heartedly recommend Todd for both your buying and selling needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We can’t recommend Jon Uher enough. We hadn’t been working with a realtor, so we blindly called Jon to show us a couple of homes in the Florissant area. He was responsive and met with us the next day. He was informative and spent a lot of time with us looking over every detail, nook and cranny that we wanted to see. Jon followed up on all our questions and concerns. Oddly in this market we chose a home that had 2 other bids, but in the end with Jon’s finesse we secured the bid without breaking the bank. And after we were under contract, he met with us several times at the home so we could look things over, measure, etc. He contacted contractors for us for some items that needed to be addressed. He was always responsive (day and night). What we liked most about Jon is his enthusiasm. He’s a super nice and positive guy who looks out for your interests.

Even though we simply purchased a rural piece of land, he treated it as if we purchased a mansion. Experiencia fantástica: We really appreciated working with Todd! He was very helpful as we tried to narrow down our search to neighborhoods in COS that met the criteria we were looking for and gave us a driving tour seeing several houses in each of the key areas to get a feel for what would fit our family. His knowledge of the area and flexibility in meeting us to see homes as we moved in from out of state were crucial for us. Once we found the home we loved, Todd helped coach us through the process, negotiated well for us and was always on our side helping us make the best decisions for us. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have sold 5 homes now. Todd Zeller was our 8th or 9th real estate agent across 40 years. And we both agree that he was the best of all of them. He came recommended by a close neighbor of ours in Woodland Park that was working with Todd on another neighborhood real estate transaction, and we're so grateful we got this recommendation! We got top dollar for our home due to Todd's skill in pricing our house appropriately for the area and the market. He gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our home in the hills for showing. It was a lot of work, but it paid off in getting 21 showings in 3 days and 5 offers in only 3 days! And then Todd's excellent negotiating skills and advice allowed us to get an offer beyond what we had originally thought possible. We can't recommend him enough. He was creative in navigating through concerns we had at the beginning, and also when we received multiple excellent offers so we could maximize our return on our investment in our home. His communication was frequent and detailed enough. My wife says I talk way too much, and she's definitely right about that. Todd's patience with my continual questions and lengthy commentary was amazing. Many others would have cut me off or ignored my concerns, but Todd has outstanding listening skills and perception of actual concerns and addresses them head-on. We now live in Kansas, so, if we need to sell/buy again, we won't be able to use him as our agent again, but we certainly would if we could!
