We had a great experience with Fiona for our first purchase and wanted to work with her again for this one. Anyone who has tried to both buy and sell a house at the same time knows, the process is taxing. There's a lot to do and a lot to keep track of and Fiona kept us moving forward through the entire transaction. For the sale, she did a great job advertising the house and guiding us through the process. We had some minor issues, but Fiona kept us thinking clearly and helped us successfully navigate the sale. While that transaction was relatively straight forward, Fiona really facilitated what could have been a disaster of a home purchase. We hit some really significant stumbles and were poorly represented by some of our other vendors for our home sale. Fiona stepped up and put in a tremendous amount of work, keeping the parties organized and moving forward despite some really significant issues. Without her dedication and support, I don't think we would have closed on the purchase nearly as cleanly or quickly as we did.
