The first contract fell through days before closing and after every hurdle before settlement had been cleared due to the buyer. They even pulled their own listing and paid us the earnest money. We flew out for the inspection and Carla stayed with us at the house to make sure it was everything we had hoped for. Carla went above and beyond and spent a tremendous amount of time with us both remotely and in person and continues to check in on us! Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: For close to 3 months I called and left message after message about a rental property I was interested in... never once got a call back. Finally after the 3rd month, my call was answered and told the property had been rented weeks ago. Never once did I get a call back, or anything other then a voice-mail up until that day. 10/10 would not recommend anyone I know to ever deal with this remax agent. That's not service, and that is definitely how you earn a bad reputation.
