As first time home buyers from out of state, we would have been lost without our realtor, Mike Gardner and his team of associates, who were with us from the very first phone call, to the house hunting we flew out for, to the moment we were given the keys. There was never a moment where we felt unattended, lost, uncertain, afraid, or confused because he was always a phone call away. If he didn’t know the answer, he found it for us. If he thought something was a bad idea, he would be honest and tell us what he thought. If we needed advice, he would happily provide us with his and let us decide to take it or leave it. There were so many unknowns for us and Mike and his team were there, every step of the way, as our guides to help us achieve our dream…our American dream.
