Experiencia fantástica: Drew and Sonny were great to work with and they did help us secure our dream home! After a bit of a confusing start as first time home buyers, they helped us understand the process and also were very supportive in helping us find the right home lender. We did not get a loan through Sonny since the rates shot up and we were able to work with a local lender - they were not pushy at all and supported what worked best for us. And they didn’t make us feel bad for it, either, instead celebrating with us! Finding the right home took probably 4 months, with a break in between as we waited out the first of the rate hikes this year, which came with a dip in housing prices. Drew was great to work with that whole time, and he was really patient with us even when we felt like we were wasting his time . Drew understood the vision for our home and could help us see it (or not) at many of the homes we looked at. And when we started hitting a wall, he stepped in and put in a framework that made it more systematic to find the right home in the right location at the right price. In the end, we had 3 offers out for 3 great homes we would have been happy with, and somehow Drew helped us land the one where we offered $50k less than asking but couldn’t imagine a more perfect home!! Very grateful for that! The closing process had a couple hiccups Drew helped us navigate cleanly, and we’ve been enjoying our outstanding new home for about 3 weeks now. Thanks Drew!
