She spoke highly of him and his knowledge on the areas we were looking in and homes themselves. I felt bad for the time crunch we were under to find a home, especially to fit a family of seven. But Tim didn't give up looking or hesitate to show us ones we found. He at one point told us to not rush on a house we don't truly like/love, as we would regret it later. Which speaks volumes of the type of realtor and person he is.
