Experiencia negativa: Will Brokhof was the seller's agent when my family purchased our home. At the time, he was working for a different brokerage. It seems he started this new business shortly after our transaction wrapped up. During the transaction, Will treated us and our agent in a way that was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable under any circumstances. His tone ranged from condescending to even bullying at times and he was almost entirely dismissive of the very real issues identified by a professional inspection of the home. Ultimately, we connected with a managing broker at the agency to work through the remainder of the transaction once communication with Will proved unproductive. The transaction went smoothly from there (thanks Jason at ReMax North Professionals!). The bottom line here is that Will showed us his true colors during this transaction. His behavior was out of step with what is cited in other reviews of his business and our family will never engage with him again as a result. We hope others will consider our experience as they consider buying or selling a home with Will. There are plenty of great realtors that also service central Vermont.
