Experiencia fantástica: We have now made two purchases using Patty Schultz as a realtor one was a sight unseen deal living out of state over 700 miles away and she was extremely flexible and very helpful. The second was some land in town and she was able to get us in to look at it same day and has been resourceful throughout the entire process. Between my wife and I we believe she's probably touched every piece of land in town so she's very knowledgeable and has lots of different contacts for different things you might need before during or after the purchase of your property.

Experiencia fantástica: We were in Hot Springs for a week with the goal of finding a home or land to purchase for retirement from Virginia. The woman working the fiber shop 2 doors down from Heartland Real Estate recommended Cathy Mosset saying that she was excellent and really listened and accommodated what the client is looking for. We stopped by the office and were greeted by the front desk assistant who took our information as Cathy was not in. Cathy called us that day and we met with her the next day. We had spoken and met with a couple of other agents who were not local and felt like they were more interested in selling us high end homes in town than helping us find a place in the country that was affordable. Cathy listened to what we were looking for and immediately pointed us in the right direction so we could look on our own then showed us the properties we were interested in. We met with Cathy on Friday and by Monday we had selected a 4 acre lot for building. Cathy was with us through closing and is still available to help us with finding builders and local resources. She really goes above and beyond. The whole experience was relatively seamless.
