Experiencia fantástica: When we first bought our Lakehouse, a neighbor told us that we'd better be prepared to hang onto it forever, as houses at such a high price point on an inland lake wouldn't be easy to sell. Unfortunately new regulations in our township required us to do just that after owning it for 3.5 years. Living out of the country, preparing the home and getting it sold seemed like a tall order. After our initial attempt with another realtor failed to generate any offers, we brought Kersh on board. He was professional, a great communicator, and very knowledgeable regarding the market and what buyers are looking for in a second home. After less than a month on the market, we had two offers. Even after we were under contract, Kersh kept working, ensuring that we had a full-ask backup offer in place, just in case. Experiencia fantástica: In August I saw a listing for a home on lake Macatawa and contacted Lauri who was the listing agent.  My family was looking for a vacation home and was unfamiliar with the area.  Lauri spoke with me for about an hour on the phone telling me about the different neighborhoods and asking me what was on my wish list for this vacation home.  Me and my family drove to Holland to look at several homes and after spending the afternoon with Lauri, she concluded that we would be happiest if we purchased a home in macatawa park.  She drove us to the area and we walked around for an hour or two and my wife and kids fell in love with the spot.  Unfortunately there were no homes available in Macatawa park for sale and we discovered that it was extremely difficult to find a home for sale in this area as most of them are passed down from generation to generation.  This is the first time Lauri went well beyond our expectations and reached out to many of the current homeowners inquiring who might be willing to sell their home even if they weren’t actively listing their home for sale.  Lauri expressed to us that it might take years to find a home in Macatawa Park but eventually she would find something for us- we just had to be patient.  2 weeks later she found us the PERFECT home in the PERFECT location for me and my family.  The transaction between us and the sellers couldn’t have gone more smoothly, especially given the landscape of our country as a result of covid19.  If it wasn’t enough that Lauri found us the perfect home, ever since we moved in, she has helped make our transition into a new area effortless.  She has provided us with many different workers such as painters, landscapers, contractors as well as veterinarians, cleaners, restaurants and fun places to take our kids.  I have purchased about a dozen homes in my life and to say that Lauri was by far the best real estate agent doesn’t do her service justice.  Lauri is an elite broker with expert knowledge of the Holland area and is extremely hard working and ambitious.  I’ve never written a letter like this applauding someone’s effort but felt like this was the right thing to do given our level of customer satisfaction.
