Experiencia fantástica: Out of all the people i rented through here in Norman RJH Realty has been the best! Ive been with them 2 yrs and absolutely loved it, there maintenance crew it always on time an professional, and Halli always responed to my emails on time and I never felt unheard once. They always went beyond with customers services and more. I never had any issues with anyone in the office or Maintenance crew!!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!

He is super knowledgeable, quick to respond, and made sure there were absolutely no hiccups. Having no hiccups when buying a home is almost never heard of. He helped us get our dream home and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Experiencia negativa: Pros: The Maintenance crew is Awesome. Cons: When you move out, make sure it looks better than when you moved in. Otherwise, they'll take your entire safety deposit and then some. You will be covering their business costs to set up for the next tenant even for an A/C filter.
Experiencia fantástica: We have been renting from RJH for 6 years and we couldn't be more satisfied. Maintenance always shows up the same day, even on weekends, for emergencies and nonemergencies are always fixed in a timely manner too. I have zero complaints.
Experiencia negativa: If there was a way to put 0 starts I would. When I first called the lady was rude and I told her I just wanted to schedule a showing that’s when she said I had to go into the website. Once I scheduled a showing at 1 of their properties in Norman ok I wasn’t even able to see the inside. They hadn’t sent me any instructions on how to get in (no code for the lock box) and when I called the I got the same lady saying all the instructions are on the lock box. There was nothing on either box’s locked around the door handle. My s/o had to call because I was done talking to her since she had an attitude both times I talked to her. She told my s/o the same thing and he even explained to her that we had no code. After finally getting the code from her she hung up. We tried the code on both lock boxes and it didn’t work. I had good expectations and was eager to see the property because from the pictures I really did think I was going to go for it, only to find out how bad the communication with them would be
Experiencia positiva: I have had a good experience with this company. Maintaince has always come in a timely manner and always polite. I've only had a few disagreements with the office but not enough to complain about.

Experiencia negativa: Discriminates against ADA. Becareful and DO NOT disclose you have support animals until you sign the lease. Then they will be in violation of your rights. I have already reported them to the state of Oklahoma and may escalate it further if need be. I was also made aware that the residents are extremely nosey and rats are running around on the property. I was simply trying to downgrade from my Texas HOA, 2 story 3 bedroom home at $1345 month to be near my grandkids. Other than that. I would never put myself in the projects at 112 12th Street in Moore Oklahoma. By the way she stated $850 multiplied by three is more than $3k a month. Lol . Education not sure I needed a property manager that slow in the first place.

Experiencia positiva: Would not recommend this place to anyone that I know, these people did not get back to me as they said they would and some of the things they checked out for my credit and background, past just fine with other Realtors, so I would not trust these people to do what they say they will, they were more than happy to keep my money and wait almost a week and a half to show me that I wasn't approved.
Experiencia positiva: I started renting from RJH in 2017, the property manager helped getting the new fridge into the house and set everything up. I was fleeing from a domestic violence relationship with my ex husband and they truly were there for me. Unfortunately with the everything going up, they wanted to upgrade and re-list for more than the $975.00 I've been paying for the last 5yrs, and I have to move. Overall, I love my privacy especially with ALOT of medical things coming up. My experience so far has been good.. I will follow up with move out experience..

Experiencia fantástica: This has been a really good place to live. They keep their apartments very clean and big free. The rent isn't bad either. I have had good maintenance service and they get to it quickly when requested.
Experiencia fantástica: Once I had a problem with my sink and the repair guy was there in the same day to fix it. The main office is also right by my apartment so it was easy to get a hold of management if I had any questions about renewal or bills.

Experiencia negativa: I was a tenant at N Hudson location. My water bills were over $100 per month. I and other tenants were charged up to $150 per month for water usage without a detailed explanation. They claim to divide the water bill among the tenants, but never showed any meter readings or fixed any leaks, so the water bill continues to be extraordinary.

Experiencia positiva: I'll be starting my 3rd year with RJH Realty. Overall, I like where I live and have no problems. Maintenance is usually there within a couple of days, depending on what the problem, sooner if needed. Very professional people in the office, friendly. Even though they may be busy as hell, they still have time for you.
Experiencia negativa: Grossly disrespectful, extremely unprofessional. Tasha and one of their redneck “inspectors” actually stood behind us and giggled at our comments throughout the entire meeting with the property manager.
Experiencia fantástica: RJH is great to rent from. Whenever we have any maintenance needs they send someone promptly. It’s very easy to make a request as they provide tenants with an app on their phones. It’s also very easy to pay rent this way. Also through the app you’re able to easily add and update your rental insurance. If you have any other questions/needs, sending a quick email or calling will quickly resolve any issues.

Experiencia negativa: Not great at communication. A friend tried to rent from here and she spent two weeks chasing down every little answer and every additional piece of information that they needed. I get that it’s their prerogative not to rent to anyone, but it seemed like they were prejudiced against the fact that she gets housing assistance. In any case, the lack of communication was far beyond reasonable. I get that they have a lot of people to worry about, but some very basic communication would’ve been extremely helpful. They were extremely glad to take application fees, but not to let anyone know about the outcome of them. Honestly, it was extremely frustrating.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to leave a quick review. I lived in one of our RJH properties for 4 1/2 years I had absolutely no problems. During this time I only had two maintenance issues which were taking care of within 48 hours. I was a little nervous when moving out after purchasing a home because I read the reviews on here and people were saying that they were hit with extra fees for no reason. I can honestly tell you guys that I was not hit with any additional fees and everything that I was charge for was definitely warranted . Ruby and his staff are a pleasure to work with. So with that being said if you’re in the market for a rental property RJH would definitely be my first choice.
Experiencia negativa: SLUM LORDS. They will rip you off. Their properties have serious issues and never address them. From bedbugs to roaches, from faulty wiring to plumbing, they let you suffer and sue you when you move out for “damaging the property.”

Experiencia fantástica: I just wanted to leave a quick review of my experience. The homes were easily accessible for viewing. Homes were upgraded exceptionally well. No cheap fixes. if you are looking for a nice home with quality upgrades definitely consider them. I worked with Elaine and Jessica and they were both great!!! I probably called too many times every time i had a question but they didn't mind. They both did a tremendous job. I contacted a few different companies in the area and private owners and they definitely were the best to work with. Their homes were also very reasonably priced. i will recommend them to everyone.

Experiencia negativa: I always ignored negative comments about rental companies, assuming that the people writing them were full of baggage. With RJH, those reviews are very likely to be accurate. Their properties are known to have major issues and their maintenance department is clueless. This company does not care about it's tenants and only wants to secure their monthly revenue with a new lease. Nice during walk throughs, but the knives sharpen once they sign you. It's like a deal with the devil!

Experiencia fantástica: I drove around the house that I was looking for and heard nothing but great things about Rudy. I have just recently put in my application to get approved for a house and hopefully I get it. After going over the reviews I decided to go take a look at the house and it just so happens that the neighbors just happened to be outside that also rents from RJH after we had a long talk about the company I was convinced to put in my application and go for it. I really hope that I get the house and I refuse to allow the negative comments drive me away.

Experiencia fantástica: We had one day to find a house and RJH managed to get us in a house ASAP on a friday. Every work order I put in was promptly and professionally taken care of. They even replaced the back yard fence bc we have a dog and it was in bad shape. The house was VERY clean upon move in. Would definitely recommend. THANK YOU RJH for a great rental expirence.
Experiencia negativa: Terrible company, they seem very nice at first but once you sign they don’t care. Would tell them about maintenance problems, it would take them weeks to come out and fix it. They told us we were some of the best tenants they’ve ever had and still found a way to use all our deposit and make us pay above that. Bad company, would never think about going back!

Its been well over the 45 days and the home was left in great condition compared to the last residents. They aren't helpful and never call you back! Looks like im looking at a lawsuit just to get my money back

Experiencia fantástica: I moved here from out of state and was a bit anxious since I didn't know the area or reputation of rental places that well, but I feel like I've really lucked out with RJH. They've been exceptionally easy to deal with, fair, pleasant, and helpful when I've visited the office. The maintenance crew is EXCELLENT. As someone who's moved around and lived in different complexes, I've encountered the spectrum of maintenance staff, and these guys are unquestionably the best yet. The system for placing requests is easy, and the crew are quick to respond. Even when I told them that the issue wasn't pressing, they were there the same day, and were always incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. While I might move to a different place within Norman once my lease is up, I will definitely stay with this company. Thumbs up!
Experiencia positiva: I have been here about 8 months now and haven't had too many problems. In the first month I was here I was given 5 noise complaints (which were taped to my door not mailed) and was never told what the noise was to correct the situation. That was frustrating but after I talked to both Zac and Rudy the complaints stopped. The units are clean and well laid out. No bugs or rodents. They come and put down pesticides every 6 months so there was never an issue. I had a wasp nest next to my door but that was an easy fix. They are timely with maintain repairs. I never waited more than two or three days. My AC fan went out, replaced and fixed in 3 days. My AC completely went out, replaced in 2 days. My garbage disposal had a leak and it was fix in two days. Is the neighborhood a little loud, yes? The shower is sensitive and sometimes (not too often) will go from normal to extremely cold or extremely hot. The doors and floors creak and the bathroom has no counter space. The rooms were larger than I expected so that was a plus. I have some freaky neighbors but if you tell them to leave you alone if they mess with you they will. They do seem to have a high turnover rate because my broker no longer works there and neither does the woman I was dealing with in the beginning. Rudy can be abrasive but he is a professional and cool guy. They answer the phones timely and reception is always amazing. Overall a nice place to live and I would recommend to a friend or co worker. Pretty good experience with nothing major to complain about. Those other bad reviews must have a bad understanding of their situations because the people at RJH are great communicators and handle problems really well.
Experiencia negativa: I rented a home form them for a year after we moved out and we did leave to house a little dirty with one damaged door and mean a small crack in it by damaged. We were charged over 2 k and only becouse they were fixing it up to sale. They charged us for a full paint job full replacement of two doors and all the blinds along with clean up fee and a 2nd clean up fee. Watch out for them they are thieves and will keep you deposit I now have to take them to court of my credit will get hit with this be 750 deposit was more than enough to cover a little bit of stuff that needed to be done. House looks ten time better then it did when we moved it after they spent all kids of my money fixing it up. I asked for a full invoice reflecting the charges there still draging there feet I'm sure to make fake ones.
Experiencia fantástica: We are well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly by very friendly workmen. Also, we have been late on our rent a few times. The staff at RJH always treats us with respect asking about our plan to get on track and sending us reminders in a reasonable manner.

Experiencia fantástica: Never had an issue with Rjh and their management of the 2 properties I lived in through them. The first property I was in the owner wanted to move back into the home, Rjh worked with me and helped me get into one of their other properties giving me ample time to come up with the deposit. They always had someone out extremely fast when I was having an issue with the property. They gave me a clear print out of everything that had to be done when I moved out and the cost of it, none of which I disagreed with. I enjoyed renting from RJH. Wish all landlords were this easy to do business with.
Experiencia negativa: BEWARE DO NOT rent from these SHADY people. Took my daughter and her wife to court because they basically wanted to remodel house when they moved amd wanted them to foot bill. They never smoked in the house and.supposedly fixtures replaced because of smoke. Replaced a bunch of stuff that didn't need replaced and 800 to paint inside of a 2 bedroom. Plus a bunch of other trumped up stuff. How stupid is that? Had a 950.00 deposit and had to pay 2 grand + more. They were suing numerous people the same day when my daughter went to court. That right there tells you they are shady. Why else would they need to sue in court constantly??? Plus all the other reviews are lousy. Just because my daughter is young doesn't mean she should be screwed. Amd before you believe owner response read tje reviews all are very similar. At some point its the compamy not the tenants. Very few gppd reviews and they were probably solicited. Customers speak volumes. SHADY PEOPLE WARNING!!!! BEWARE!!! Edit: they settled to get rid of you lowlifes. Your pics are completely false. According to most of the reviews you do this to most everyone. You taught some young people a valuable lesson about shady landlords. Your allegations were mostly false. Proof is in reviews. 1.8 that is shameful for a business. 2 grand ÷ that is laughable. That house was crappy when they moved in. But you got a nice remodel out of naive young people. Be proud Rudy!!! You rock at screwing people out of money!! And everyone lies but Rudy he has a story for everything. Seriously??? Your court records you reference are full of false allegations. After a while that gets old. You should really work on customer service and redeem that company of yours. Everyone can't be a liar except you. Get serious. And I saw several who commented how rude you are to tenants. Whose fault would that be? Oh.....yours. Too much shady going on here to defend it all.
Experiencia positiva: I lived in an apartment on Dover for over 5 years. Anytime i needed something fixed it was taken care of. The maintenance guys were always very friendly and helpful. After reading the other reviews I am shocked. I would recommend RJH property to anyone.
Experiencia negativa: Absolutely the worst landlord ever, worst experience ever. Their duplexes have bedbugs in them. Their employees messed up the house "cleaning it out" and are trying to make me pay for the damage they did. I used my money to take care of the pest problem, and they refused to reimburse me because they said after I moved they didn't see any (DUH because I spent a LOT of money taking care of it!) Then I find out they kept using utilities in my name for 3 months (I had to move Nebraska quickly). Make sure you actually call to turn off your utilities if you're not transferring. These people are not honest!- They are just trying to get as much money out of people as they can and will affect your credit even if the house is always kept clean. I have pictures from the whole time I was there.

Movinf out end of October and he is trying to charge me for things that were wrong w/ the house before I even moved in. I have work orders that have been put in months ago and still haven’t been fixed. I’m in Property Management myself and I would never treat my residents the way he does! Do not rent from them!!!
Experiencia negativa: They will take money from you anyway they can. I would recommend paying more to a place that costs more. They will find a way to milk money from you. They don't get money from thier low rates they get money from random fees and they will not take them off. Even if you have proof.
Experiencia negativa: This was the most terrible experience I have ever went through! It started and ended in confusion. All I did was submit an application after talking with them for over 2 weeks and looking at a couple different places. I felt leary when I was shown an apartment that someone was still living in (We are looking for a house).Then after all that they denied me! I have rented since 1994 and have never been evicted or made a late payment. We bought a home in 2014 and now I have "negative rental history"? I was also told on the phone that I have criminal history?? No I do not!! As a co-owner of a business since 2008 and a landlord myself,I would never recommend this company. If you look at the unprofessional responses on these reviews they speak for themselves.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend renting from RJH realty! They are VERY hard to work with. We are being charged a pet penalty for our dog, but were told if dog was moved off of premesis we would not be charged. Now they are saying that was never said and are STILL charging us a pet penalty even with the dog gone. We wouldn't have moved knowing we'd have to finish off lease AND still be charged a pet fee. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle.
Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst realty to deal with! As soon as I started asking for things to be fixed in my home they sent me a notice that my lease would not be renewed. They are very rude people!! Renters be ware. Update to the landlords post: I had arranged for someone to come clean up and have a trash thing set up but was told to get out no exceptions!! All this because I would not let them show my rental to some random strangers while my kids are home!! I am sorry but as a parent I do not want random people in my home around my kids who I know nothing of also was not given a 48 hr written notice to come into the property as required by federal law! Also Rudy told me that he could care less about my kids having a place to live we could live on the streets for all he cares!

Me and my wife rented a house in moore and took pictures of everything that was wrong with this house before moving in, when we moved out they sent us a bill charging us for everything that was wrong with the house before we moved in. We disputed the charges and never heard back from them until now, 1 yr. & a fews months later. Still charging us with the same charges we disputed over a year ago. And niw telling ys that we have til aug. 14 to pay or they wil be taking us to court, the nerve of some people. The only reason i give 1 star is because i have to, there should be an option to give negative stars. To all who may read this post, I DO NOT recommend this realty company to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Called on Wednesday to set up a "showing" to rent a property. I was given two options so I took Friday at 11. Gave Ashley my name and number as requested. I show up to the property and waited 15 minutes and then gave Ashley a call and she said she had other showings and was booked all day. I asked her if she had a showing for the property I was interested in and she said no then I told her who I was and magically she remembered my name and number. I asked why she didn't call me to tell me she was at the property. (she claims that she set the appointment up at 10) but she had no answer for that. Not one apology from her. Unprofessional and a horrible first impression. I can only imagine how people are treated after they sign a lease.

The first 2 yrs weren't too bad, had some issues with getting the air fixed during the 1st summer, it was horrible, i had 3 small kids at the time and no air conditioning, after that things went south, they raised the rent and then things started falling apart around the house, there was a water leak in the ceiling that caused a huge hole in the living room and mold that developed from the hall to living room, i called and complained constantly but nothing was ever done about it, the house also started splitting and unsettling and cracked down th middle. We finally managed to move and they quickly with in 2 days, put the house back up for rent without fixing any of the problems. I would highly recommend staying away from RJH!!!! And i have many witnesses who can vouch word for word.
Experiencia negativa: Moved into my apartment and a week later discovered the apt had cockroaches and they came and put a few roach motels down, problem still went on so they started spraying and putting down bait still the cockroaches persisted. Now 4 months later i still have cockroaches and i begged them to try something new like a fogger and they refused and said they will keep doing the same thing that hasn't worked in four months. Not only that they are now annoyed by my complaints and pretty much tellin me to deal with it or move out. If they had cockroaches in thier own home i am sure they would not let the problem continue for as long as i have dealt with it. By the way i keep a very clean home and all food products have been sealed since i discovered the problem and i have never had cockroaches and any of my previous homes
