Experiencia negativa: Very very sketchy company. Make sure to get your own home inspector when looking at homes. They purposely try to cover up major issues even when asked about them and purposely leave things off the disclosure to then come back and say it wasn't in the disclosure we are not expected to say anything. False walls, bad electrical, damaged foundation all passed by an inspector THEY recommend due to time and convenience after being brought up during the walk through. As well they will tell you that the owner lives far away and can not make any extra changes or negotiate any problems. Very very sketchy. Talk with the seller yourself skip this company.
