Experiencia fantástica: Dave Goodwin was recommended by word of mouth. Now, I would recommend him thru Google. Excellent attention to detail and guidance from looking thru the close. He sweats the small but important stuff so you don't have to.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent company that made our purchase and relocation possible. Extremely grateful and happy with our purchase.

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot thank the Koerner Group (Michael, Jeanne and Shannon) enough for their knowledge, patience and the extraordinary care they gave us during our home purchase. Buying a home is a stressful process as it is and particularly coming from another State. They were available to us at a moment’s notice and gave us their full attention throughout the process. Aside from the business aspect of our relationship with them, they have made us feel very welcomed into the community. We highly recommend this wonderful team for your real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience working with the Koerner group. My journey of house buying started a very long time ago and they helped me with getting into seeing many houses that ended up being a no before we found our house. They helped with all the many questions I had prior to finding our home and are extremely knowledgeable. Brittnee was able to take over for Michael when it was needed and she helped us get into our home and answering the many questions we had. Jeanne goes above and beyond the standard of help you would expect to get from a realtor and that mentality has been passed on to Michael and Brittnee. I highly recommend using them to help you buy and sell your home. You will be in great hands with them and treated like family.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Jeanne and Michael Koerner over a period of several years, culminating in the purchase of our dream home. Throughout the search they were attentive, patient, knowledgeable and communicative, and somehow managed to find the time to show us potential properties on short notice (and we toured quite a few). The purchase and escrow went very smoothly under the guidance of both them and their support team. We definitely felt like they had our best interests in mind throughout the process, and we highly recommend their services.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and Jeanne on a rather complex house purchase, and can't recommend them enough! Experiencia fantástica: This was the easiest 5 star review I've ever given. You won't find a more honest, professional, friendly staff than at EXP Realty. People that you can truly put your trust in. By far the place to go to buy or sell real estate.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about Jeanne and Michael. They both went above and beyond the call of duty in selling my mother's home. We were given suggestions on how to highlight the unique selling points of the property, kept up to date regarding prospective buyers and given excellent advice every step of the way. Jeanne is a sweetheart and we're so glad we were referred to her and her team. Hands down best experience in selling a home!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down was blessed to have there help every step of the way!! Always informed. Took care of the little details. Just wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: It has always been tough for me to work with Real estate agents, over the years I have had good and bad experience in purchasing and selling real estate. As a friend to Brittnee and attempting to do a for sale by owner, life got a bit hectic on our side. We contacted the Koerner Team, Brittnee provided a specific plan after reviewing our unique situation as a professional realtor. The process was completed quickly well above our expectations. We have been extremely grateful for the excellent experience in the sale of our home and would highly use and recommend their services in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: Britnee is intelligent, personable and very informative. I would recommend her for a great experience in choosing and buying a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Brittnee was nothing short of amazing. We lived 6 hours away at the time so we couldn’t pick up and drive to go look at houses. She gave us so many videos of houses to even see if they were worth the drive. She was so patient and the nicest person to work with. So happy with our process of buying a house. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you so much Brittnee!!

Experiencia fantástica: Bar None . . . BEST Realty Team in the Valley! If you are buying or selling a home - look no further than the Koerner Group! Jeanne Koerner, along with Michael and Brittnee, made our new home search effortless. An amazing team that were endlessly hardworking during our search as well as honest, trustworthy, prompt and dedicated to making our experience the best! Finding just the right home is stressful . . . we are so thankful we chose the Koerner Group!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a Realtor in So Cal. I have known Jeanne for quite a few years through a professional coaching group, and let me tell you, she is pretty special. Over the years, we have talked a lot about how we run our perspective businesses, our philosophies and how we treat our clients, so I know firsthand the level of professionalism, integrity and experience Jeanne brings to the table, not to mention the level of care she, Michael and their support team offer. (Plus they are a lot of fun!) To that end, I have confidently referred clients from my market who moved to their area, and my clients were thrilled with their service. No surprise! Suffice to say I have no qualms about referring the Koerner Group to any of my clients moving that way. Thanks, guys, for making me look good!

Experiencia fantástica: Could not have asked for a better realtor than Brittnee! She truly made our dream come true of owning a home. We never thought we would be able to but she worked tirelessly to make it happen and was always helpful and gracious along the way. The Koerner team are amazing people and I recommend them to everyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: We couldn't be happier with the with the experience and the outcome of doing business with "eXp Realty"! Even though the property fell out of escrow twice, Michael and team stayed on top of it all and prevailed in the end with more than satisfactory results. Brittnee exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond, she never failed to keep us informed, to answer our questions and continually encouraged us! Thank you Koerner Group, "Job well done"!

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne, Michael, and Brittnee are truly professional and seasoned realtors. They handled everything very smoothly and in efficient way. Our house was closed in less than a month with multiple offers which were higher than our asking price. It was such a blissful experience for our family. Thank you Jeanne Koerner and team!

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve done 3 transactions with the Koerner Team representing us. They always do an excellent job taking care of our family’s needs and helping us understand the details of each step in the real estate transaction. Thank you Jeanne, Micheal, and Brittnee for always helping us with our crazy ideas!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the third home that Jeanne has helped us sell. Jeanne and her team are both professional and extremely helpful in every way. The thing that most impresses me is their ability to answer any questions that I had and then offer assistance in solving any problems that came up. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeanne and her team for any real-estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne is a true professional along with her staff that are very friendly and attentive. I am encouraged to work with her again on two of my other properties and have since referred her to my mom. Real estate transactions can get sticky but she was able to steer us in the right direction. Consider Jeanne and her team, you will be happy with your experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing and painless. Jeanne and Michael are very knowledgeable and went above, beyond, and then some. We had our home on the market for a very short time as Jeanne had the perfect couple lined up to view the home. They too were amazing folks. This was a very good selling experience handled by true professionals and really nice folks that my wife and I now call friends. Highly recommend Jeanne and Michael for you home buying/selling needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Jeanne and Michael! We have used them numerous times and they always do an outstanding job. Jeanne is the most considerate and personable realtor I’ve ever known.

Experiencia fantástica: Helped us buy our first house and were there with the iron when we had some wrinkles!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent perxonal and friendly expedient service from Jeannie and Michael Koerner.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne and Michael are nothing short of excellent! They are very responsive. Their expertise got us into our home at a time when the Reno housing market is incredibly hot. My wife and I would use them again in a heartbeat. We’ve already referred them to several family members!

Experiencia fantástica: We are a couple in our seventies and have bought and sold 6 homes in our lifetime. Jeanne and Michael are the best realtors that we have ever worked with. They are friendly, thorough, tenacious and above all, professional. They continue to care for your needs long after the sale or purchase of a property. Their constant communication line is absolutely amazing. These are the most fair, caring and professional folks we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They are not only our go to real estate people, but they have also developed into very dear friends. We can’t say enough about using them in a real estate transaction.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Jeanne and Michael has been truly amazing. We were first time buyers, and I was remote for most of the experience. They took the time to make videos of all the houses we were interested in and patiently helped us navigate every step of the way. When issues came up during escrow they really went to bat for us and made sure all repair work was done by reputable professionals. They welcomed us into this community with open arms and have made us feel a part of a family. They will be our realtors for life!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I purchased our home in 2011 with Jeanne facilitating the buy. Jeanne was so patient throughout the several month search for just the right home for us. She was honestly concerned with finding us a home and not just a house to live in. We have recommended The Koerner Team to several friends since, both buying and selling, and Jeanne and Michael have done a fantastic job for them too. Jeanne's husband John also did all of our window coverings and continues to clean them annually. Thank you Koerner Team for being so passionate about your work!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome, they are everything you want in a realtor. Professional, make you feel like family, and will find your dream home. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne and Michael Koerner went above and beyond any realtors I have ever used! They quickly learned what we were looking for and showed us only those places that were a fit for us. They consistently checked in with us (and still do) to make sure we were happy with their service. We love the home they found for us. They are both very friendly, professional and motivated. They have given us wonderful recommendations for services, restaurants and attractions in the area. They are not only our realtors of choice, but great new friends! We are more than happy to refer our friends, who are looking for homes in the area, to them.

Experiencia fantástica: Like so many others here, I was referred to Jeanne and Michael from another satisfied customer. I can't tell you how happy I am with their service and professionalism! I had some homes picked out. Flew in, met Jeanne and we spent a day touring them. She gave me the low down on the areas, the pros and cons of home layouts and REALLY opened my mind to make a better decision. Came back a couple more times and was able to find the perfect house! They were also able to get me a great mortgage company (Sierra Pacific) and insurance guy (Taylor Reed). It was a walk in the park, no muss, no fuss! I can AND WILL recommend them 100%!!! Thanks you two!!! Jim

Experiencia fantástica: Back in January of 2020 I found myself in need of finding a home to purchase. The catch was I had 90 days to get moved out of my old place and into a new one. I called Jeanne whom I had called upon some years prior to assist with some property inquiries. I was originally referred to Jeanne via my mother-in -law who had worked with Jeanne on the purchase of multiple properties many years ago and was very satisfied with Jeanne's professionalism. Back to this year. After contacting Jeanne in Early February she drove me around to view some homes varying in price range in order that I could get a sense of the overall market in the Carson Valley. I must say that Jeanne was/is a superb listener and once you convey your needs to her she won't waste your time showing you homes that wont' suit YOUR needs. Coming from a sales background myself, I know that all too often salespeople's interests are not necessarily those of their clients. Not so with Jeanne and Micheal. You can rest assured that they are all in one hundred percent for what's best for you -the client!! Within 3-4 weeks I had found my new home. It took lots of thinking and re-thinking on my part and waffling back and forth. Jeanne was very patient with my concerns and redundant questions. Once in the escrow process Jeanne and Michael were in tune to every detail and item on the check off list and made sure that they were completed in a timely manner. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and any hiccups that occurred were remedied quickly. From start to finish, I never felt stressed or anxiety ridden. Even now after being in my new home for 4 months, I can call upon Jeanne and Michael for anything including vendor and restaurant recommendations. There are many agents whom once the deal is done they part ways never to be heard from again. Not so with the Koerners. I really think of them more as members of my extended family and I'm certain that you will too.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne and Michael are excellent and definitely care about each of their clients. They went above and beyond to help us find our home and were amazing during the purchase transaction. My husband has a lot of questions and Jeanne and Micheal always took time to research and respond promptly.

Experiencia fantástica: First class and professional from start to finish. Jeanie and Michael are a GREAT team. I moved to Nevada from Pennsylvania and both of them went above and beyond to acquaint me with the area. Also, I need to mention the many personal touches, including a beautiful welcome basket upon arrival to my new home, and several follow up calls following my closing. I highly recommend them and will always keep their names on file for future referrals. Thank you both for a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: We purchased a home with Nevada Home Finder and the Koerner realty group. Our experience was beyond excellent. They were professional, courteous and very thorough in answering our questions. The personal service was absolutely amazing. If we purchase another home it will definitely be with Nevada Home finder. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest rating we would give them a 15! Our thanks to this great team.

Experiencia fantástica: We have worked with Jeanne and Michael for years and cannot say enough good about them. In every transaction they are on top of all the details, are great at communication every step of the way, and very professional and personable. If you have a real estate need, they are the ones to call!

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne sold me my first home. She was knowledgeable and patient with me as we toured and made offers on many homes. She was helpful in phases my purchase, closing, and beyond. When I chose to sell my home, I chose to list it with her. Again she worked to sell my home as quick as possible. She was diligent in helping with needed repairs and negotiated with buyers for the best possible deal. When I was ready to purchase a new home, Jeanne and Michael helped me find the perfect home in Carson City. I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: We bought from Jeanne 13 years ago and the transaction was seamless. We have referred several people to Jeanne over the years. Her professionalism and honesty is top notch. Jeanne and Michael have their clients best interests, not their own.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Jeanne and Michael Koerner like family. We didn’t no anyone in this area yet happened to get lucky enough to meet Jeanne the Michael. They helped facilitate the purchase of our home and then did the same for our daughter and her husband recently too.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeanne was wonderful for our property purchase and had passed along great tips for potential future properties. Great people!

Experiencia fantástica: They were so helpful in staging our house to sell. They helped us pick out new lights and a new stove that really helped with our resale. They helped make this experience so seamless. I would recommend them for the sale of your home!!!
