Kim not only acted as a realtor, but as our friend. Experiencia fantástica: Living in/near Martin county it is impossible to not know the name Kim Kreiss. I chose to approach Kim in August knowing she may be too busy to take me on as my buyer and seller agent with a goal of closing both deals by the end of the year. I wanted to purchase a forever home, and sell the property my husband and I had made our own over the last 27 years including removing the old house, building a new one, removing ALL of the outbuildings that were on the property when we purchased, cleaning out an old farm grove, and extending it with several hundred new plants/trees/shrubs. I asked Kim if she could work with me on this tall order, and she said she would be honored. Starting in August searching a sparse market for a specific desire and location. I had so many questions, and we were looking at properties right away. Throughout the buying process Kim had strategy insights, and market knowledge that were second to none. Within two months of beginning the search we had closed on my new home that I absolutely adore. Midway through closing on my new home, we listed the home that held so many memories.
