Experiencia fantástica: I have been sitting on writing this recommendation about Chris Byler because he is just that good. I find myself almost stumped trying to describe how wonderful he is. My brother would often talk about his agent, Chris, and I remember thinking, Wow. He would tell me how Chris prepares a home for sale and includes for example, a pre-inspection, home warranty, house and window cleaning, handyman work, staging, as part of his commission. I remember thinking, That has never been my experience. So, when it came time for us to sell our home, we chose Chris. We were selling during an incredibly stressful time in our lives, and I could not have imagined a more calm, kind, and steady person to guide us through it. Chris is professional, communicative, thoughtful, detail-oriented, an exceptional negotiator, and genuinely invested in his clients. He puts the same care, effort, and preparation into selling your home as he would his own. Our home sold the first weekend and truly shined because of Chris and his incredible team. A month or so later, we hired Chris to sell my parents’ home. My parents had lived there for nearly 40 years. They were emotional and reluctant to leave, and the process was especially difficult as they navigated cognitive decline and the challenges of technology. Chris immediately adapted to what they needed—meeting in person, providing hard-copy documents, communicating clearly, and keeping them regularly updated. Most importantly, he never rushed them. He consistently treated my parents with patience, grace, and dignity. One moment perfectly captures who Chris is: after they signed the Sellers’ Agreement, my mom thanked him for visiting and told him she would let him know when they were ready to move and sell their condo. Rather than correct her or make the moment uncomfortable, Chris simply thanked her for the coffee and told her how much he had enjoyed his time with them. That is Chris. Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for exceptional professionalism, expert knowledge and decades of experience and a full-service realtor, you will find it with Chris Byler. He is friendly and calm, organized and detail oriented. He communicates clearly and frequently, has patience, and goes above and beyond the usual expectations of working with a great realtor. He is truly full service. He did everything from the usual assessing the value of the home and obtaining comps to obtaining other necessary background and paperwork about the property. To ready the place to be put on the market, he provided a detailed plan in a calendar format, we knew what to expect and when. Chris thinks of everything. He made suggests for improvements to the home but was not pushy. He provided us with 2 bids for interior painters. We used one of them and they were easy to schedule (he did it for us) worked efficiently and did they professional work for a fair price. Next Chris enlisted the services of a cast of essential partners: House cleaners (the usual pre-sale cleaning plus carpet cleaning and window cleaning). A handy man inspected and fixed minor things around the home. Then came the staging company, and finally the photographer and videographer. This was all provided and included in his contract with us. The market was in a place where our home (and others) was not selling fast. He provided weekly activity updates about our showings as well as other similar properties in the area. He was patient and offered good advice, but always leaving final decisions to us. The experience was certainly 5 stars and then some. Chris' personal attention was noticed and very appreciated.
