I’ve lived in a wishtan property for several years and if there is ever an issue it is acknowledged and addressed quickly. Rent payments can be easily made and there are several easy options that do not incur fees, monthly rent reporting to credit bureaus is also a lovely “free” boost to my credit score, and they continually look for areas they can improve for residents. I would suggest Wishtan over other property management services in Macomb due to their reliability and responsiveness.

Experiencia fantástica: First, Lexy is an amazing person to work with. She went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Everything is broken down from utilities to the rent. There are so many options to choose from and that's saying a lot since I had been struggling to find a place on several apps and platforms. They have an app that breaks down your monthly payments each month. After payments are made it automatically keeps a receipt next to the payment amounts each month. Very convenient. Even though there is a required credit score of 650+ they still have options to work with you if you don't meet the mark. The workers I worked with were so respectful and polite. The process of moving can be a difficult one anywhere you go, so having a team take you step by step through the process with such patience and ease was a blessing. Maintenance are quick to the calls too! I've seen some slumlords in my time so having Maintenance who know what they are doing and are just as professional and kind as Lexy and the team makes life so much easier and comfortable living in one of their apartments. I moved into a new apartment with brand new appliances, renovations and a beautiful atmosphere. Can't ask for more these days (other than free rent in my mind hahaha!) Good job team! Keep up the good work!

One of my favorite things about Wishtan is that they have options for people ranging from studios to houses, so no matter how many people you have in your family, Wishtan will have something for you. I’ll be sticking with Wishtan for the foreseeable future. P.S., they have pet-friendly options too!
