The nerve of this guy to return my call and give me crap when he's not interested in a deal.

He approaches situations by deflecting blame rather than taking ownership of the circumstances he created in the first place. He is incompetent in the market, and I highly recommend staying away from working with him, as he does not understand basic property conditions in a fast-paced, constantly changing market.

John’s name and reputation is very well known, and we were to lucky to have him! He was actually the realtor we had purchased the house from, and he definitely left a great impression from first meeting him 4 years ago. As we made a difficult decision to move closer to family and leave a home that we built with blood, sweat, and tears, it was “Batman” who came to the rescue, but not with a bunch of fancy gadgets, with kindness, compassion for our situation, and a genuineness only a good soul could possess. After a roller-coaster ride of house searching, bidding, etc., it was Batman’s persistence and determination that enabled us to find our home. He demonstrated patience with us and brought comfort to a very daunting process. I read one review that said they would refer John AKA Batman a million times, I would refer him two million times, three million, seven million!
