To further complicate matters, I told him that I currently lived in Alabama and due to a medical issue it would not be feasible for me to travel back and forth to Michigan. Because they were a local firm they new the local laws on inspections. They gave us several contacts for repair people that could help us work on our house. Since I wss from out of state , this helped greatly. Dave took the time to review our property and told us what he thought we had to do to sell it. I was very happy with their services.

Experiencia fantástica: David Medendrop has been absolutely FANTASTIC. We are buying a home from Kansas. My husband and I have never been to Michigan and have no contacts from the area. David was able to answer all my questions before my husband made a trip up to house hunt, as well as, do video tours for us prior to his arrival. He recommended a very nice hotel for my husband to stay in, called ahead of time to check to make sure they had rooms, and got him a discounted rate. My husband was only available two days for house hunting and David blocked off almost the entire two day for him. He showed him all over the area that we were looking for a house so we got a good feel of the area and neighborhoods we liked most. They went to at least 20 showings in two days and David was able to get into all of my top houses. We put in an offer in on the second day. If the offer falls through I have no doubt that David will know what we will love and will be available to do video tours for us. Definitely would recommend him to anyone but he was absolutely fantastic for out of state buyer. He has been available any time to answer all of my questions, if he doesn't respond right away (he almost always does) then it is with in the hour, he responds to late messages as well. He has truly gone above and beyond by connecting us with people with small children, teachers or parents he knows that have children or teach in the different school districts, he called friends or went by their houses so we could chat and find out about the neighborhood (if it was safe, had young families, how they liked the schools, ect.) If they happened to live nearby the home we were potentially buying. Overall just a wonderful experience! He is very knowledgeable about the different towns, neighborhoods, house repair, house improvements, knows lots of people that can fix little things we don't like before we move in (carpet, paint, roofing, etc.). We will for sure be using him again when we sell our home in a few years.
