Experiencia negativa: My family and I were very excited about a rental property we found through the owner dealing with this retailer, and we were promised that the lease would be signed soon by the owner. However, the process turned into a complete disappointment. The agent scheduled three different appointments with us but never showed up to any of them. Each time, we rearranged our schedules and waited, only to be ignored without notice or explanation. After all the waiting and repeated promises, we were finally told “Sorry, the property is not available.” This was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially after being led to believe everything was moving forward. We truly loved that home and had already imagined ourselves living there, but their lack of honesty and responsibility ruined the experience. I understand things can change in real estate, but good communication and respect for people’s time are basic expectations. This company failed to provide both. I would not recommend dealing with them unless you want to waste your time and be disappointed.
