Experiencia fantástica: Kate was great from beginning to end! She was completely honest about the properties we viewed and always prioritized our best interests over making a quick sale. She made my first-time home buying experience so much easier, walking me through every step & explaining every detail to me. She truly loves her job & goes above & beyond for her clients. Experiencia fantástica: Working with Kate Frisk was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, she listened carefully to what we wanted and truly understood what would make a house feel like home for us. She was incredibly patient, always available to answer our questions, and went above and beyond every step of the way—from scheduling showings at times that worked for us to walking us through the entire buying process with ease and confidence. Kate’s dedication, professionalism, and personal touch made all the difference. She didn’t just help us find a house—she helped us find the perfect home. We felt supported and cared for the entire time, and her knowledge of the market was invaluable. I can’t recommend Kate highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and truly put your best interests first, Kate Frisk is the realtor you want by your side.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff Gagnon was the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring. He not only did his job professionally but above and beyond. He dealt with numerous problems, handled everything, had the patience of a saint and was always friendly and happy. I really feel bad that he had to co-broke with another realtor. He deserved more than he is getting. I feel like I have a friend not a realtor. Kudos to Jeff!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome agency to work with. Thank you
Hi Amy. On behalf of our whole Berlin Office, we thank you for the very nice review. Most appreciated.
Experiencia fantástica: Kate Frisk really made my family and I feel like a major priority. She navigated multiple showings, a deal that fell through , and ultimately a tough seller and absent minded agent at Re Max to close a deal that had many restrictions and set backs. Can't thank her enough for showing the urgency and concern for our deal. A major milestone for my family. The Goodrich family fully endorses Kate Frisk. Thank you!
