It was the first time in 15 years that a home in our neighborhood sold for over $400,000. I was debating between using a realtor or selling by owner, and in this case it made sense to use a realtor because Marla sold it for much more than we could have. We easily covered the realtor fees by using a realtor. Marla took away much of the hassle and worries as well.
