Experiencia negativa: Title: Disappointing Experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team. Despite initially seeming promising, the lack of communication and responsiveness from their end left me utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. One of the most glaring issues we encountered was the complete lack of communication from the team. Despite numerous attempts on our part to reach out via email, it felt like we were talking to a brick wall. The only time we received a response was when we informed them that we would not be using their services to represent us. It's astonishing that they only responded when it served their interests, completely ignoring our genuine inquiries and concerns. Our case was time-sensitive, and we explicitly conveyed this to the team. We were hopeful that they would step up and expedite the process, but unfortunately, that was far from the reality. Their inability to move quickly and effectively left us feeling stranded and abandoned during a critical period. Overall, my experience with Matt's Guzman Real Estate Team was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of communication and failure to prioritize our needs left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options that prioritize client communication and responsiveness.
