He has a thorough knowledge of the area and managed to negotiate a selling price for my property over and above my expectations. Any time I had a question or needed some information I just contacted him and he always got back to me quickly. It didn't matter if it was nights or weekends, he was always available. His photography of my property enhanced the marketing effort and drew well qualified buyers. In the future if I buy or sell another property in Vermont I will definitely use Nathan again to assist. Nate wants you to have your house...that means he will fist fight your sellers realtor..to the death!! He is more than just a mild mannered neighborhood realtor,he will tear their head off. Nate understands that buying a house leads you to the abyss that is the 9th layer of Hell... he will make you smile as you spend gobs of money to feed this terrible process. picture its only a thousand dollars with a mint julip and a warm breeze,that is Nate. Nate gives you hope. When all else is lost Nate will pick you up and give you hope.. Picture Marsmellowman and then there is a Ghostbuster...Thats right,its Nate! .... He was responsive, polite, excited, and able to think of all the things I was perhaps lacking knowledge about. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel involved and always considered my questions. Nathan never shied away from pointing out potential problems or obstacles with a home, and even when I was absurdly picky, he took those critiques and applied them to the next listing. A few months into our journey together, it stopped being just me and my now-serious boyfriend joined in the hunt. Nathan was quick to adapt to the change in my family structure.
