He was super informative from the very first day meeting him. He always answered any questions we had. Answered our messages in a very timely manner and did everything we asked him to do. He met with us late nights when we wanted to look at homes or even just to talk about the houses we looked at. He was very fast with booking us appointments when we saw a house we wanted to go and look at. I would go through Nate as a relator through this process again if it was to come up. Thank you so much Harvey!

This market, in my budget, time was of the essence. He worked hard to make sure I didn't miss out on a home I really wanted to see. I was very impressed that Matt would respond to my texts quickly. There was a 3 hour time difference between us, but we were able to communicate as if there were no time difference at all. He was patient with us as we readied our dads house for sale, and worked with us even before we listed with him. We went with his guidance on price and particulars that would help us have an uncomplicated sale. We had offers immediately, and we accepted one. He checked on our house after some unusual storms to save us trips. When there were modifications needed to the contract/disclosures, he worked electronically with us to keep the process moving. Scott kept us informed of all steps during the process. We listed August 22nd and closed September 27th!
