My husband and I have done A LOT of real estate transactions (think 7 moves in 15 years plus buying and selling multiple rentals), so we've worked with a variety of agents (including in other states), and Brittany is one of the best we've worked with. We gave her a ridiculous challenge: Find us a house in a specific school district in a specific elementary school area and we had to purchase and move in approximately 30 days. Well Brittany CRUSHED it! Thanks to Brittany we were able to tour a ridiculous amount of houses over a holiday weekend because she never quit working for us. When we found 1 house that checked most of our boxes, we put in an offer, but Brittany knew none of us loved the house, and so she kept on digging. She found us an off-market home that checked every box we had and then some. She negotiated a fabulous deal and got us much more than a house. She gave us a home where our kids are now flourishing. We cannot thank her or recommend her enough!

We set a game-plan for selling our home and Brittany gave her input on a price we should list the property at. Within 1 week of listing our home we had an offer at full asking price and were able to negotiate a bit more favorably on the terms! Throughout the whole process, Brittany gave solid feedback based on current market trends and really ensured we got the highest return in the process. By Woodstock, GA, standards, I had a minuscule budget, which seriously limited my options; I hesitated to contact an agent because I worried I'd be treated differently due to my limited finances. Experiencia negativa: Brittany Loan assured me buyers would be VERY ACCOMMODATING IN ALLOWING PLENTY OF TIME TO FIND ANOTHER HOME. This was extremely important due to my wife’s medical condition of which she was aware. With the buyers being represented by their daughter, who is a realtor, I was convinced by Brittany Loan to sign contract. Almost immediately after signing contract Brittany Loan said buyers would NOT accommodate any delay. Also, Brittany Loan increased her commission by 1/2 percent without discussing it with me. All this resulted in great hardship for my wife and me. I would not recommend Brittany Loan.

She is a very caring and helpful person, and goes above and beyond to help people. I called Brittany when I inherited my brothers house to get her idea's on just selling it or remodeling it then sell it. I decided to remodel the home and Brittany stayed in contact the whole time. She was not pushing me, but was just being a friend. Brittany did an excellent job marketing the house and we got a contract in about 2 weeks. I loved using the "Showing Time" app and website. It really helped to know when and who was going to be looking at the house, when they entered and left my home, and we had quick feedback on the showing. The Brittany Loan Team are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. There have been a few hiccups with the buyer, and their time lines but Brittany and her staff (especially Sallie) have been on top of everything and have keep me updated-which has been so calming and reassuring. Brittany has really had to go above the norm with this one, but she has not skipped a beat. We should be closing soon. While I was remolding the house I was looking for a house or condo for my Grandson near where he would be going to college and Donna Justice was such a great help.
