Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually write reviews post yelp days, but Erica was wonderful, so I have to. We had several recommendations for realtors and Erica was the first we met with. She had had a DAY that day, but she was bright and cheery and did not make us feel pressured to go with her. In fact, she knew one of our other recommendations and was like “they’re great, I don’t blame you if you go with them, but I hope it’s me, but I get it”. At the end of the day, we just really enjoyed Erica’s vibe and the way she explained everything to us, as we were first time homebuyers. She was always responsive and explained anything we had questions about. She gave us some great referrals for other services we needed (especially the sewer scope!) and anything she didn’t have a referral for, she reached out to people she knew, even when one of the referrals wasn’t for us, but for my stepfather. She was a perfect balance of being pushy when we needed her to be and hanging back when appropriate. We were between two places that both accepted our offer and she made sure to buy us a little time with both and making sure to leave us on a good note in case the one we chose fell through. We’ve been in our home for a month, but been homeowners for 2 months and our dog has a yard thanks to Erica! Highly, highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We wanted to share our great experience selling our property with Erica Rivera. This was our third time going through a transaction of this sort having bought twice and this would be our first sale. Due to our past experiences we decided to interview Realtors before commiting to anyone because we wanted someone that was energetic and pro-active since we have felt in the past that we were doing the realtor's job. We came across Erica and met at our house, from the first meeting we felt her energy. Actually felt like this wasn't the first time working together. Once this journey started we actually realized we had made a great choice in our decision to work with Erica. After 24 hours of our house in the market we had booked the WHOLE week of tours and to our amazement every day we had qualifying offers. We decided to not accept anymore tours after that week since on the first day we had a $260k offer with the buyers willing to put cash over appraisal, which our asking price was $243k. To put this in perspective there was no comparables in our area selling for more than $235k with only one home sold at $240k in the last year. Even two houses in our block with the same exact floor plan of our house sold for $235k. We certainly were nervous our home wasn't going to appraise and were ready to not accept anything under our asking price. Even through this, Erica's confidence didn't seemed to bend. Even when we expressed our plans of not accepting anything under asking price Erica's response was always "I work for you" and at the same time never sugar coated anything, honesty goes a long way in a transaction this important. We never felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with. Appraisal day came and certainly was a nervous day for us. Erica made sure to be at the appraisal prepared and ready to work. After two days we received a message we had to read twice! Our house was appraised at the whole offer!! Erica Rivera had made our house the most expensive 3bd/ 1bath house in the whole area selling for not just $17k over asking price but $25k over anyone else in our area!! Glad to say that we had found our family realtor and our days of shopping for a realtor are over!!
