Experiencia negativa: I wanted to share my experience with The Marshall Group, specifically with Peyton Burchell. Peyton and I met and decided he would represent me in buying a new home, several days went by and I had not heard from Peyton. I sent him a text asking if he was searching for new homes on my behalf. He responded that I should stick with my original realtor. I don't know of any realtor who would pass up representing a buyer in $660,000 plus purchase. I guess Peyton Burchell did not want my business. This was the worst customer service I have received in sometime.

The seller was quite ill and Stoney said, "If you'll let me, I'll do it all" and proceeded to gather workers to prep the property for sale and send invoices to the seller. Not only was the Marshall Group available to me all the time for my questions during the buying process, but they have also reached out to me at least twice a year, sent letters advising of current market conditions quarterly, and dropped off poinsettias every Christmas since 2010. Then, on top of all that, they host an annual crab feast each year for all their former, current, and possibly to be clients. They like to serve their clients and they do so in an excellent manner. This company cares about you, they go to bat for you, they communicate, are clear and concise, and most importantly they hold themselves to a high level of moral conduct. I will use them again if I ever decide to move and highly recommend a new homebuyer to go through them.
