Traci Poteet Real Estate Group

Experiencia fantástica: Traci Poteet is absolutely a God send. When we listed our house with her, she never stopped till she got it sold. We would have lost a fortune if it wasn't for her. I thank her everyday for her help.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Traci Poteet is a great experience. She is kind and exhibits patience when working with you. Rather you are new to the home buying process or a veteran.. she continues to adapt to the needs of the customer. No question is silly. She takes the time to make sure each step of your home buying process is smooth and doesn’t assume you (the buyer and even the seller) know all the answers. I have gone back to Traci as a seller and as a buyer. One thing, I have noticed and appreciate about Traci Poteet is her flexibility. She genuinely is honest about processes and will discuss all options openly. I admire and appreciate transparency. I would recommend Traci Poteet for all your home/land buying and selling experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: When you work with Traci, you can instantly tell that she genuinely cares. She’s got this energy where the whole process never feels like ‘business’, it just feels easy. She knows her stuff and gets things done, but somehow makes it feel like working with a friend who happens to be great at real estate. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat, because really, it’s her that makes the difference. Thanks Traci!

Experiencia fantástica: Traci is an awesome realtor. She helped us find a waterfront home. We worked remotely with her and she lined out listings for us to visit when we arrived and was sensitive to our tastes and desires. We wore her out on a couple occasions but she was a trooper throughout. She provided insight to the areas we were interested in and was a good sounding board. Overall a very pleasant experience working with her and if I were to purchase a home again in the area she is the first agent I would call.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with! She sold our condo in Rockport, TX. and with us living in Oklahoma it was nearly impossible for us to commute to handle things like painting and remodeling projects, but Traci handled it ALL for us; kept us well informed on bids and work in progress. She has a great network of contractors/handymen, so upgrading was pretty rapid all around. We think she's amazing, and you should call her for your Realty needs and see what we mean; you won't be disappointed!!

Experiencia fantástica: Traci was so fantastic for us! She walked us through not only the house buying process but also through many homes. We were from out of town and couldn’t take the trips to see homes but she confidently handled our situation with care and gave incredible advice on the neighborhoods we were “touring.” She always found time to answer our questions no matter if it was day or night. Emails, texts, phone calls and FaceTime all acceptable as well as encouraged. We never felt in the dark at any point. We came out with a beautiful home with very few hiccups as they tend to pop up regardless of how prepared you are. Thank you Traci for everything. We love our new home!
