Experiencia negativa: Agent allowed contractors into selling home without permission or notifying homeowner, then reacted angrily when I explained potential loss of rare valuables. Shortly thereafter, got a text message from agent that she was at the bar and heard I talked to a different agent which breached her contract (I didn’t, she was wasted and made a connection that wasn’t there), then reacted angrily when I subsequently did express interest in a better realtor, then sabotaged home search until better realtor was eventually hired. Contacted broker to explain and he informed me he looked into it and found everything was up to par as far as how they do things here.

Someone should be able to look at one without money coming up and not willing to show til then. I would check with another one that doesn't do that.

Experiencia negativa: I had Ernesto as a property manager. He was horrible just managing a rental so there is no way I would trust him to handle a big thing like purchasing a house. He lies and just tells you what you want to hear and makes up his own rules. When my husband disagreed with him on his bs, Ernesto said he didn't feel safe. Probably cause my husband is black.

This office sold over a billion dollars of real estate in the area in 2016 and will again in 2017. They have a lot of great agents and leadership.
