I created a list of units I was interested in seeing and shared them with her, and she scheduled tours for me within a few days. She saw several units for us in multiple neighborhoods so we could get virtual tours from out of town. She was available on weekends which was helpful due to our busy work schedules. I trusted her judgment and moved into a building that she saw for me with good results. She told us what was needed every step of the way, from background checks to escrow accounts to HOA board approval. Upon move-in she helped with the inspection of the unit to make sure everything was in working order - she notices everything! If I was looking for another rental in Miami I would use her services again.

Experiencia negativa: Warning: Avoid Renting from Claudia Ramirez Do not rent an apartment or condo from Claudia Ramirez—you will regret it. You’re unlikely to get your security deposit back. In over 20 years of renting more than a dozen apartments and condos, I’ve never experienced such dishonesty as I did with Claudia Ramirez. From the start, she promised to fix a broken stove but failed to do so during our two-year lease. When other appliances broke, she either delayed repairs or refused to address them entirely. The worst of it all is the following. The condo association where I rented required a one-month security deposit from the tenant, in addition to the landlord’s security deposit. Before my family and I moved in, Claudia insisted I give her both deposits, claiming she would handle the association’s portion. Trusting her, I complied—a decision I deeply regret. When our lease ended and we moved out, Claudia withheld 90% of our security deposit, totaling over $7,000, citing baseless claims. In all my years of renting, the most any landlord deducted from my deposit was $50–$100. Claudia’s actions were calculated to exploit us. I’m sharing this to warn others: Do not rent from Claudia Ramirez, or you will deeply regret it and lose your money.
