Experiencia fantástica: Andrew was referred to me from a friend to assist with my out-of-state move. I was house shopping from 1,000 miles away, but Andrew went above and beyond to make it feel like I was right alongside him during walk-throughs at multiple houses. He was incredibly thorough every time I had questions specific to each home (ie. Potential Airbnb location, HOA details, etc) and knowledgeable about the areas. We submitted offers on a few homes that were in multiple offer situations, and Andrew’s quick action and communication helped get the deal done on the perfect house - in the perfect location! He referred me to one of his preferred lenders, and with the help of all parties, we were able to close quickly! Even after closing, Andrew has been beyond helpful with recommendations for the renovations and making Destin already feel like home! He sent us detailed listings for communities from east to west 30A. Once we narrowed it down he was on the ground sending us videos of neighborhoods, amenities, and homes.
