None the less, they stuck with me and I finally found the one. I fell in love with it from the start, and we made an offer. Going through the process, we discovered that there was an issue. I wanted the home, but the issue was a deal breaker. Christin negotiated with the seller's and we worked out an unbelievable deal to get the issue taken care of and the sale could continue. We closed on the house two days ago! Most of what I like about working with Jean and Christin is they were honest, straight-forward people who wanted to help me get into my first home. It was a pleasure!

But she becomes friends with ALL of her clients!! (Ask for recommendations and you will see!) My husband and I listed our personal home with her last month. We weren't sure if we were ready to put the house on the market due to the economy. However, Jean did her research and educated us on the market value. Within a MONTH of listing we had a contract. She has professional connections and buyers. We couldn't be happier. She is building her team and continues to impress and engage within the St Louis and Metro East community. Look up the listing she sold for us. 1502 Stonebrooke Edwardsville. (Jean did a spectacular job with the listing photos and advertising!) You won't regret choosing her as your agent.
