Experiencia fantástica: Our refrigerator started going out on New Year's Eve and ushered in the New Year with a fridge that couldn't be reset or brought back to life. (We tried) I knew it would be a long weekend before businesses got back to work but I reached out to Mika anyway. He responded shortly later informing me they would replace the refrigerator. Come Monday morning I got another text telling me the new refrigerator would be installed that day. By 2:30 on Monday the old fridge was hauled out and the new one was in place. It's rare these days to find someone who responds on a Holiday and then follows through immediately the next business day. I knew when I started renting from Mika that I was getting into a special type of business relationship, but my family is so thankful for his immediate response time to this type of home disaster. Thank You Mika! You're the best!
