Experiencia negativa: Good morning. We have not had a good experience. We are the potential buyer of a house they are sailing and have experienced a lack of communication. We are aware that if a Realtor does not respond within the time period that the offer is void, but all we were asking for is communication. We made offer after offer and was left in the dark multiple times. At one point our agent sent messages asking for a response that were silenced. So, instead of simply declining an offer they would rather just silence the messages coming in. I only make this post because we have made multiple attempts to contact them through multiple forms of communication and have had no response. Thank you.
