Nancy was on top of every detail - so important! During the negotiation phase of purchasing my new home, she skillfully advocated for me. Experiencia fantástica: I have used Megan Martin of Elm Street Realtors on 3 separate transactions, first was the sale of my first home, she listed my property in June of 2010 and help me get an offer quite quickly on it. Then she showed us approximately 60+ houses until we found that perfect one and it was a short sale. She had to hold my hand and talk me off the ledge several times as that process was crazy and unfamiliar. We finally closed in 2011. Then in 2021 we decided to build our dream/forever home and again reached out to Megan for her sincere and professional guidance to list and sell our current home. Not only did Megan get us an offer that we couldn’t refuse on the first day, but she made sure to handle everything that came after we accepted that offer. It took a lot of stress off of me as the seller and I appreciated that it was included in their services. The listing that Travis wrote was eye catching and allowed our home to get an offer within days. Travis was always available by text or phone and kept us in the loop with everything. I couldn’t have had a better team to get the most for our house. Everything was taken care of professionally and with kindness.
