Experiencia fantástica: The employees at Carnahan Dexter Property Management are extremely professional, they are friendly and very efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve used Carnahan Dexter Property Management for over a year, and they are outstanding. They offer excellent professional advice, fast communication, and immediate repairs whenever an issue comes up. Their team truly takes care of both the house and the owner. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an incredible company that manages more than one of my properties. The people are Wonderful, the service is great 24 hours a day seven days a week and most of all they’re very thorough with Screening and renting the units. I’ve had Very few and Very short vacancies Which is the most you could ask for!

Experiencia fantástica: I lived in their townhouse in Studio City for over 16 years and that speaks volumes for how much Carnahan Dexter has made me feel at home! Management is prompt at responding to any issues and makes repairs quickly. Their handymen are friendly and thorough. The building is maintained beautifully. Best place to live in Studio City by far!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Lucy!! I’m so grateful to you and the team for replacing my sliding glass doors. They are absolutely beautiful, I truly appreciate the care taken to get them replaced!

Experiencia fantástica: Been living in a Carnahan Dexter-managed property for a very long time. They're kind and responsive, and they seem to genuinely want to do right by the tenants as much as they can. Most concerns I've raised to them have been addressed swiftly (often same-day), and the ones that haven't been were largely reasonable delays or not on them. Lucy, Stephanie, and Jasmin all do their best and are always patient and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Soon it will be 11 years. I'm aware I'm fortunate to be a tenant of a local managing company with the highest standards.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had an exceptional experience with Carnahan Dexter Property Management for many years. We first rented a Woodland Hills property through them from 2008 to 2010, before relocating to Santa Clarita. When we returned to Woodland Hills in 2013, we were thrilled to rent our current home through them—and they have continued to provide outstanding service ever since. The entire team is incredibly professional, organized, responsive, and dependable. Whenever we have contacted them regarding maintenance, they have responded promptly and arranged service right away. Even during the challenges of COVID, when so many businesses and services were shut down or delayed, they remained flexible and made every effort to ensure our needs were met. It is rare to find a property management company that is this consistent, attentive, and genuinely committed to its tenants. Although we are planning to purchase our next home, Carnahan Dexter is the only property management company we would ever choose to rent from again. Otherwise, we would happily remain with them forever! We highly recommend Carnahan Dexter Property Management to anyone looking for a professional, responsive, and exceptionally well-run property management company. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Easy, fast and smooth service. Tyson was on top of everything and made the process seamless. Great communications!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with Carnahan Dexter Property Management. Throughout my tenancy, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and courteous. They made the rental process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend Carnahan Dexter to anyone looking for a well-managed property and a reliable management company.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service & honest team. 10/10 I would highly recommend. They’ve managed our building for a few years and 0 complaints.

Experiencia fantástica: We are fairly new tenants under this property management company and so far we have had a great experience. We recently ran into an issue with our AC in our unit. It was super easy to submit a ticket for repair and they got it fixed very quickly. We appreciate their easy and quick resolution system.

Experiencia fantástica: From beginning to end, working with Carnahan Dexter Property Management was an absolute pleasure. Their communication was consistently clear and prompt, their responsiveness impressive, and their attention to detail truly exceptional. Every step of the process—from application approval to the finalization of the lease—was handled with a level of professionalism and efficiency that sets them apart in the industry. Having worked with several property management companies over the years, I can say without hesitation that Carnahan Dexter Property Management stands head and shoulders above the rest. They are, by far, the very best I’ve experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: It's important to make note of the "crew" behind the scenes. Stephanie and Lucy have both been instrumental in facilitating the upkeep of the home we're in, leading to effective maintenance and comfortable living. A 1931 home is bound to have issues, so having solid support is very important to us. We appreciate having them working on our behalf. Since Stephanie is our "point person" for getting the ball rolling on maintenance requests, I especially want to give a "shout out" to her for her kindness and professionalism. Even when an issue has twists and turns, Stephanie makes sure to understand how we're impacted, and then she works towards a resolution that minimizes our stress. This is just the kind of management we can feel good about. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: This company is amazing! I have been renting with them for almost 30 years and they have been nothing but amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an outstanding experience working with this property management team. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their online system was incredibly easy to use, giving me quick access to everything I needed—from financials to updates—without any hassle. They handled all aspects of tenant management efficiently, including rent collection and maintenance requests, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing the property was being well cared for. I especially want to recognize Tyson, Lucy, and Leonid for their exceptional service. Each of them was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. Their communication was clear and timely, and they consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care so well. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

Experiencia fantástica: Carnahan Dexter made the whole rental process smooth and straightforward. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish.

Experiencia fantástica: I have leased a property through Carnahan-Dexter for the past three years, and my experience has been consistently pleasant. Anytime I submit a service request, Stephanie and Lucy promptly address it through the home warranty, ensuring everything is handled efficiently. I feel very fortunate to live in a home that is managed by such a professional and responsive company.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is always open, staffed and more than willing to accommodate the owners in any way necessary to supply documents and answer questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly nicest people I’ve ever meet. Lived in one of their buildings for almost 2 years and moved out because a friend of mine moved to LA so we needed more rooms but wow Jazmin, Stephanie and Lucy are especially cool and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: if i could provide 6 stars, i would. Jazmin was instrumental in helping me close escrow on our new unit we purchased. Her support and help was beyond words. We had some trouble with the lender due to some HOA matters and Jazmin stepped in to work with the HOA to resolve. Without her involvement this transaction would not have closed. A huge thank you to Jaazmin and the CDPM team for all their support.

Experiencia fantástica: Our property manager, Lucy at Carnahan Dexter Property Management is on it! Our concerns are always addressed with immediacy. Service providers are always topnotch ,going above and beyond to not only rectify the issue but also explain the problem at hand, and put any concerns at bay. Tyson, who assisted us with lease and getting into our property was a gift. He walked us through the process and introduced us to our new home with kindness and care that has permeated through our residency to date. This team is professional, kind, and respectful, an exceptional group of people to work with and have on your side.

Experiencia fantástica: As a local property owner, working with Carnahan Dexter Property Management has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. They really understand the realities of managing rental properties in Los Angeles and have handled everything that comes up with professionalism and ease. From tenant screening and lease renewals to coordinating repairs, handling maintenance requests, navigating vendor scheduling, and managing the day-to-day communication with tenants, they take care of it all seamlessly. Whenever an issue pops up (which inevitably happens with rental properties) they address it quickly and keep me informed without making it something I have to worry about. What stands out most is how organized and responsive their team is. Financial reports are clear, rent collection is smooth, and they’ve built great relationships with reliable vendors so repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently. Tyson has been fantastic handling leasing and tenant placement, and he has a keen insight into the local rental market, which really helps with pricing units correctly and minimizing vacancy. Stephanie keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is extremely organized and always on top of the administrative details, including insurance and other important items that owners might otherwise overlook. Leonid also does an outstanding job on the accounting side, and the financial reporting is always clear, accurate, and easy to understand. Lucy is always on top of maintenance coordination and tenant communication, which makes a huge difference as an owner. She is incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure issues are handled quickly and tenants are taken care of. She truly stands out and is the brightest star at Carnahan Dexter. If you’re a landlord looking for a management company that knows the local market, communicates well, and truly takes the stress out of owning rental property, I highly recommend Carnahan Dexter Property Management. They’ve been a fantastic partner in managing my property.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience working with Carnahan Dexter Property Management. Tyson was very helpful during the leasing process and made everything straightforward and transparent while we were evaluating the property. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. After we moved in, Lucy has been managing the property and has also been excellent. She has been very responsive and helpful with coordinating a few items around the house and making sure everything was handled smoothly. Overall the team has been professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process.

Experiencia fantástica: Great property management services. Professional and strong communication skills. Particularly Tyson and Lucy.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 STARS We recently signed with Carnahan Dexter Property Management and have had an outstanding experience working with Tyson, the owner. From the very beginning, Tyson has been amazing—his communication is prompt, clear, and professional, and he brings a genuine sense of hospitality to everything he does. He went above and beyond to help us find our new home, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His instructions and documentation were incredibly clear, which allowed us to move through the lease and move-in process quickly and efficiently. Tyson and his team have been attentive, helpful, and truly a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Carnahan Dexter Property Management to anyone looking for a responsive and reliable team.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson/Mr. Dexter and his colleagues have shown invaluable patience with our property, giving it tremendous specialized attention, so that it is rightly prepared for the next stage of rental ownership.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been the most pleasant experience in dealing with this company. I am happy and I am delighted in what I'm doing. The service was prompt and fast. Thank you to all that help me.

Experiencia fantástica: amazing dude

Experiencia fantástica: We have been using Carnahan-Dexter’s property management services for many years now and we would highly recommend them. The whole team is professional, efficient and trustworthy. They handle the leasing and management of the properties and we are very happy with their services.

Experiencia fantástica: Very smooth process. I thank Tyson for his diligent and friendly manner in handling this business. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson and Kami have been quick to answer any of our questions and the company website has been an easy to navigate! Would recommend and rent from them again!

Experiencia negativa: Lease is almost up and I won’t be resigning. The amenities in not only our unit but our neighbors units are constantly breaking like the AC, washer/drier, and the back parking lot gate. We’ve had to spend hundreds of dollars of Lyfts/Ubers and miss out on other opportunities/commitments because the gate would get stuck closed with our cars inside. We sent tons of requests for maintenance but they don’t respond unless we call over and over and over again, and have even marked our requests completed when they haven’t been addressed by the management. The entire time we lived here was frustrating and inconvenient. Excited to be moving out.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, courteous, and prompt. I would not hesitate to work with Tyson again.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the experience for being a first time renter.. everything has been smooth and quick. Shout out to Tyson and Lucy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson was a consummate professional in working with us to secure an apartment. Great job!

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson was a pleasure to work with, where do I begin. From the moment I called to inquire about the property he was extremely helpful and very informative. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. And truly was an advocate for myself and my family in regards to getting us to successfully move into the property on our terms. Again a pleasure to work with I will definitely recommend him and his company to my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson, Lucy, and the their staff are amazing! They are responsive and helpful. Good to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience , expectations were completely meet with the service that was provided by Carnahan Dexter Property Management. I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again in the future with any other needs I may have when it comes to dealing with property.. Thanks Tyson for all of your work in making this a great experience.

Experiencia negativa: This review is for Willow Gardens homeowners association which is managed by Carnahan Dexter. Luci, a "manager", doesn't care about maintenance requests and only sits there for her paycheck. She got very disrespectful and raised her voice on the phone with me when I said that my roof was damaged, leaked during rain which damaged laminate floor in the house. She ignored my emails and calls until I said I will complain to her supervisor. The board members do not let the owners freely speak at the HOA meeting, they do not want to hear the owners expressing their opinions and speaking about maintenance requests at the meeting. At the last meeting that I attended, about 7 owners showed up and every one tried speaking about their maintenance requests they submitted but never heard a response from the members. The board members just said to contact Luci. They told everyone they will only look into major maintenance requests as the budget is scarce. In my case, they said I made the problem up and everything is fine. Months after, they didn't get back to me regarding this. Sadly the owners cannot trust the board members and are expected to be quiet and live as is.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson is very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with.I would definitely use him any real estate needs. He's patient and kind and listens. A+++++++!

Experiencia fantástica: Very satisfied with the service we received and are very happy with our rental

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you guys! It has been a pleasure living here and doing business with Carnahan-Dexter Property Management. Lucy has been awesome, and Tyson, you have a great company and service. One day in the not-too-distant future I will have a property of my own to purchase and manage and I look forward to conducting business with you guys once again.

Experiencia fantástica: Tyson has been so helpful and great with the whole real estate process and all the different aspects of that.

Experiencia fantástica: There is no better property management company than Carnahan-Dextor. What places Carnahan above the rest is that they really do care. They care about the properties and the owners. They are everything you could ever want from a Property Management company.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience has been amazing. The staff is exceptionally helpful and answer all of our questions. It's great!

Experiencia fantástica: Carnahan Dexter has the finest and the best realtors ever! Tyson made it so easy for Steve and I and I appreciate that very much. He even sent us a yummy gift basket. I tried to share with my husband, but the moose munch bars disappeared already. We look forward to working with Carnahan Dexter again soon.

Experiencia fantástica: It is truly a pleasure to work with Carnahan Dexter. The efficiency and thoroughness with which they attend to all issues is greatly appreciated – thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Dexter and his team manage all my income properties, even though the properties are located in various cities. Burbank ( near the studious), in the heart of Toluca Lake (Three Commercial Building Complexes – including a restaurant – an apartment building and a single family residence), North Hollywood (near redevelopement areas), and Canoga Park (retail stores on Sherman Way). I’m not sure how he does it, but he manages them all extremely well.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom was happy to find out that staff spoke Spanish and felt comfortable asking plenty of questions regarding the management of our property. Ever since we hired them, they have been on top of everything and have not had a problem. We are extremely happy to have found them.

Experiencia fantástica: So glad that I have Carnahan Dexter managing my property. My last company was a nightmare and cost me thousands of dollars in unresolved issues. I originally went with the competitor because they were 2% cheaper than Carnahan Dexter Management. That was the most expensive 2% I ever saved. Suffice it to say that my income properties are making me income now and my tenants are happy. Great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Carnahan Dexter has managed my property for years without a hitch. I know I have nothing to worry about with rent collections, building upkeep and general maintenance. Most importantly, my tenants are happy. Great property management company!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved in to our condo, and thanks to Carnahan Dexter Management it was a smooth process. My property manager was efficient and made sure that all of needs were met. She was very professional both on the phone and in person. Her staff was very helpful. They made sure that all of the required documents were ready and filed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. Thanks you CDM for helping my spouse and me!

Experiencia fantástica: Being an out of state property owner can be very stressful. However, after I switched to Carnahan-Dexter, I have significantly less knots in my stomach and constant worry. I really appreciate their communication with me. After all, this is a huge asset to me and I want it managed like it was their own home. I am pleased that the renter’s they have put in there have always been reliable and good people. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: My place is one of the nicest I've ever rented. It's up to date and clean from the day I moved in. It was easy to sign for and the paperwork was easy to understand. The security deposit and rent are very fair too.

Experiencia fantástica: After over 40 years in Southern California I decided to move to NYC. Because of Carnahan-Dexter Prop. Mgmt. Co. I am able to live worry-free, even with the outrageous rent in NYC. They truly care about the properties they manage and treat them as if they were their own; there is nothing more that an owner of a property could ask for. I hope they will continue looking over my property forever!

Experiencia fantástica: I know I can rely on Carnahan Dexter PM to be there when I need them. Any time I have an issue, I can call knowing things will be taken care of.

Experiencia positiva: Carnahan Dexter Property Management not only holds the key to my rental property, but also holds the key to my piece of mind, to my security, and to my sense of well being. It is because of their expertise as a property management company, and more importantly, as a part of a company built upon values of moral competency, integrity, and honesty, that give my spirits the chance to rest well as they take care of my property.

Experiencia fantástica: I am renting a place from Carnahan Dexter and it has been one of the nicest places I have rented. Very clean, and upgraded. Moving in was very easy, not a ton of paperwork like some other management companies in the area. Not a huge security deposit was required, and the monthly rent is more than fair for how nice the place is.

Experiencia fantástica: The management skills they have provided have proved to be beneficial to all parties involved. The tenants are well taken care of, deposits made on-time and things kept up around the home. They offer a valuable service and I am pleased with each aspect of it.

Experiencia fantástica: My property is in good hands. I am very confident in their ability to handle any situation that may come up.

Experiencia fantástica: In the past, other companies managed my rental properties but I ended with losses, mismanagement of my properties and money. Luckily, Mr. Dexter and his company have been managing my income properties (commercial and residential), since 1996. I say luckily, because they are the most honest and professional group of people I ever worked with in my 37 years of experience in owning real estate in come properties.
