Experiencia negativa: I only put one star because there was not a(minus a star)option. My husband spoke with a woman who was completely out of line. Her name doesn't matter, so I won't post. Her attitude toward our options were totally unprofessional. Disappointed, because it seemed they do good by people. Perhaps my husband being a Retired Veteran didn't sit well with her. I do not know. But the way she spoke to him was very unbecoming. Especially of a seasoned woman like herself, to feel it's appropriate to tell ANYONE, " Didn't your mommy tell you , you can't always get what you want?" Very inappropriate. And up until that point, my husband was openly listening to her, attempt to give us advice about home searching. End rant. Totally disgusted.

Purchasing from a distance is always challenging but Sandy made the experience seamless. Any realtor can fill out the forms and state required documents, but Sandy went above and beyond through good communication and attention to our personal concerns during the process. We had never purchased a multi-unit residence before (although this is our 14th real estate purchase) and she helped us in dealing with the differences between single family homes and condominiums. In our past history of dealing with multiple realtors, Sandy is one of the best that we have ever had. She had great communication with the seller's agent, and her office was always very responsive when we called. A great experience for us! We are happy to highly recommend Sandy and Blue Pacific Realty.

He knew the agent up there and went out of his way to get us in to see the property. One thing led to another and just thru his persistence we were put on to the home we ended up buying. From day one, he has been helpful, kind & considerate. Whenever we had questions about a property, he has always been forthcoming & informative. We are currently in process of buying a property he showed us, and we are very pleased & excited. He is a great person & a great realtor. It has been a pleasure working with him.

Experiencia negativa: We hired Dale Calderon to sell our home in Brookings. Normally we do it ourselves but we thought maybe this time we would try a realtor . We wished we would have stuck to our original plan and sold it ourselves. Mr. Calderon was nice at first excited about our home etc! He screwed up the initial listing with starting off describing the home horribly. Then his boss he stated had him fix it . We had a updated nice home so it sold fast. That's where everything went to hell. Mr. Calderon did not know anything about how to work with a VA buyer. He kept apologizing for his mistakes constantly. He held onto a water report for over 11 days because (he forgot was his excuse ) as to why he didn't tell us that we needed to redo the test. He had one of his buddies he likes do the test and how ironic we had to pay twice for the test. We had our own person come and the test turned out fine. We had to call Mr. Calderon to get any information as to what was going on. Rarely did he have an answer and it took a day or two to respond. We were having a terrible time our dog was dying and my husband got hurt. We needed someone to have our backs and help us. We got more help from the buyers and their realtor. When I got irritated he called to ask "Are you mad at me" I hope not. Really are u serious !! So unprofessionally and didn't earn a penny we feel they stole from us. He should have never been paid a cent. We will be filing complaints and going forward with a legal suit. Please if you want to sell your home do not use Blue Pacific his Broker was even worse she did not even try to understand what we were going through.
