Experiencia negativa: Update: One year later, I would definitely recommend finding an agent that will advocate for you as the buyer. Our neighbors, who had better agents, got more "fixes" from the builder than we did. We had to pay out of pocket for things that, if we'd had an agent that was looking out for us instead of the builder, we wouldn't have had to pay for. Like I said, JBR may be great for sellers, but if you are a potential buyer, I'd go elsewhere. Everyone at Jason Buffington Realty was really nice and very accommodating whenever we found a house online that we wanted to see. I'm sure they are excellent listing agents. But as buyers, we felt at the time and even more so after the purchase, that they were looking out for the seller, not us. As first time homebuyers that didn't know what they were doing, we really needed an agent that was more on our side. Even though we're suffering from buyers remorse now, we do appreciate their patience with us while we looked at dozens of houses.
