Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I recently purchased a house, thanks to all the help from Mincolla Group Real Estate! We really enjoyed working with Cynthia and Chris, they were so helpful and on top of everything. We found the perfect house on a Friday, met with them the next day, and were able to put in an offer by Sunday night. It really felt like a whirlwind of a process, but it was so easy with them helping us along the way. We were also lucky to be able to close on the house, just shy of a month. After giving Cindy our house “wish list” she found several houses meeting our criteria. She was very helpful and flexible in coordinating house visits with our travels back and forth to Indiana. Cyndi helped me through the entire process and helped me in understanding all the paperwork. She also worked hard to make sure I didn’t over pay for anything. She was always available and responded to emails promptly. Chris helped me with the final walk through and noticed things that I missed and items that the previous owner had removed that were fixed items and should have stayed in the house. My over all experience was phenomenon and I would definitely recommend the Mincolla group to anyone. I love my house, never experienced buyers remorse, and am very happy with my home purchase.

Experiencia negativa: They never say the truth. They don’t answer questions, essentially beat around the bush, and they aren’t informed. They do not know what they are talking about and it was a displeasure to work with these two. If I had the option to rate zero I would.
This is an unfortunate review. We went above and beyond to sell a house in very poor condition at top price, and represented the family in purchasing a new home. We paid out of pocket to make sure they had a place to stay when the closing was delayed outside of our control. Countless hours were spent meeting with, speaking by phone, text and email to make sure all family members understood the process. Our advice and professional opinions were consistently ignored and caused issues and delays. We do wish this family the best in the future.
