Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend this company. We purchased a home with Cecilia last year. It wasn’t our first home purchase so we have dealt with multiple agents before and knew what to expect. We were sorely disappointed with her services. Cecilia was friendly and punctual initially to get our business- but once the deal was signed, she totally ghosted us and never showed up to closing, she didn’t support us through the inspection process, nor did she give us a closing gift. Not that a closing gift should be expected, but she didn’t even bother congratulating us with a card, phone call, nor did she ever stop by. I have never heard of an agent not giving a closing gift, it is pretty standard practice. We only looked at houses for a single day until we went under contract. She walked away with a 25k commission for a couple hours of work and didn’t even bother checking in with us. During the inspection process, we were a bit confused on which items the builder would or wouldn’t fix on the inspection report and when we pressed her to look over the report and answer our questions, she was very condescending and we felt we were bothering her. There are so many other hardworking agents out there who will go the extra mile for you, which you absolutely deserve while making such a huge life decision. She will not.
