Experiencia fantástica: I was in Kansas to visit my sister (I’m from Miami, Fl) and during my visit I wanted to see homes in the area. Little did I know, that I would meet Barbara Kearney, a real estate agent and friend of my sister. I told Barbara what I was looking for and within a couple of days she found me the perfect house. I immediately fell in love with the house and by the end of the month I was signing the documents. The entire experience with Barbara was amazing. She got me in contact with all the right people and everything worked out smoothly in just a matter of weeks. Barbara is a true professional and a genuinely nice person who accommodated my needs and guided me throughout the entire process. I would recommend her very highly.

She had my best interest in mind the entire time and was on the ball contacting anybody and everybody she could to see what was available. When nothing was available to suit my needs she helped in switching gears to look for what was available to buy. She spent countless hours and made several trips to look at a couple of different opportunities and when the first one didn't work out she continued working to find the right solution. Everything she sent me and showed me was exactly what I wanted to see. She was very response to any questions or concerns I had in regards to home buying. She always put me the buyer first. She was never pushy, and never once made me feel as if she was just trying to make a sale. Every viewing that Sarah set up she was there on time and ready to show the house. One thing that really stuck out to me during the viewings, was her attention to details around the house. Cracks in the walls, windows in need of repair. Experiencia fantástica: Kim Hoeh with Layton Real Estate is amazing. She helped my son purchase a home in 2017. When we met her she was so amazing. You feel like you have known her all your life. She knew every detail of what he wanted and was in contact, daily, to let him know as soon as anything became available. We would receive automatic updates through the Layton portal but she still called. He must have looked at 20 homes before he found the one he loved. He was in his mid 20’s looking for his first home to start a family. Her focus was solely on him and his family. She treated him like he was apart of her family. The process was so easy and stress free. 2 months ago he decided to sell that home and build his “forever” home. Again, he contacted Kim. The process started in late August and that home is already sold and closed. She was all over it and he got every penny he asked for. She did not yield. She is a go getter, honest, up front and loyal. My son is now in the process of working with Kim to purchase land for his new home. We could not ask for a better realtor or company to work with. Experiencia fantástica: When we made the decision to sell our home of 17 years, I promptly started stressing out about all the other decisions we were going to have to make. How do we know what a reasonable asking price is? Do we need to paint this room? Do we need to replace this flooring? Are our teenagers'... ummmm... "eccentric" decorating tastes going to be a problem? (Think dark gray walls and neon colored trim, okay?) It turns out the only thing we really needed to worry about was choosing our realtor and, lucky for us, I don't think we could've made a better choice. Kim guided us through every decision and almost completely relieved all the pressure and stress that comes with selling a house.
