Experiencia fantástica: This review is a year overdue. Me and my bf wanted to buy our first home and through a previous client of hers and my coworker, decided to work with Casey Tennant. She was great from the start. She answered all our questions and really made the process a breeze. Being 19 & 20, we weren't being taken seriously from other companies and it was hard to bond with other realtors until we met with Casey. We clicked upon our first meeting and we felt like she wasn't just trying to make a sale, but wanted to help us get a home and actually get whats best for us (and our dog!!). We closed on the house and even when we were having issues months later, she was able to help. When we were signing at the title company, she got us a little goodie bag with her merch and we continue to use it all the time. We've recommended her to others who have shown serious interest in the home buying process. I've also worked with Bill a few times through my work and he seems to be a great realtor with a wonderful personality.

Experiencia fantástica: Mom lived in Beulah Mi, sadly she passed away in December; my brother lives in Seattle, I live in Colorado. We needed someone in Beulah to help us prep and sell her the home she lived in for over 30 years. Brooke Haase was that person! To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. When I met Brooke and explained our logistical challenges, she offered to help any way she could and man did she! Brooke helped me coordinate an estate sale by meeting 2 potential vendors at the house (one in a snowstorm), making another trip to the house to photograph items in every room and providing a recommendation on the vendor we decided to use. She recommended housecleaners and met one at the property so I could get an accurate estimate for their services. She even retrieved a piece of HughesNet hardware (I didn’t know I needed to return) for me and shipped it to Colorado, saving me $200 in missing equipment charges!! I don’t know how I could have done ANY of these things without her help. Having Brooke working with us allowed me to sleep much better at night. Brooke recommended we put moms house on the market right before Memorial Day – NAILED IT! We had 2 offers (both over asking) within the first day it was up for sale. We closed in 20 days; from listing to check in the mail, incredible! Obviously, I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home in the Lighthouse Realty region work with Brooke, she’s truly amazing!

She sold my first house in 2010 during the housing crash, when no other realtors could even show it. She sold my house near Grand Rapids at the beginning of COVID, during the lockdown. Everything had to be done virtually, and it was still finalized within a couple of months. I have bought a vacation home through her, as well as our forever home. She is kind, knowledgeable, and very dependable. She will fight for you to get a fair deal and she will hold your hand when you are overwhelmed. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
